Don't remember if I already posted here, but my top 3 are (besides Clem):
Kenny
Carlos (Too bad I didn't react at all to his death thanks to the ep. 3 trailer making it obvious that he died, what with Sarah screaming at the end of it and all.)
Kenny (easily). He was smart, loyal, very protective, selfless, and a good man, even if that wasn't always obvious to everyone in the group. Of course like any other character he did have some flaws, but they were greatly outweighed by his other traits. He was an often misunderstood character, by both the audience and members among his own group.
Clementine. It may have been my feelings carrying over from Season One, but I did enjoy having Clem around, despite some of the unrealistic things she did. That said, I think her character would have been much better served as an unplayable character opposed to being the protagonist. Still, it was good to see her develop and apply some of the things Lee taught her in Season One.
Walt. Obviously he was barely around, but I liked him and wish he could have stuck around longer. I remember being genuinely disheartened when Carver killed him. It would have been interesting to see how Matthew's death would have changed him, as well as Bonnie's betrayal of his kindness. Definitely some missed potential there in my opinion.

Clementine
Carver
Troy
SeargeantSnookie - The pure definition of a badass.
I never shipped them, TELLTALE just threw it at my face.
"Here are your two favourite characters fucking at the wrong moment. Whoops, we killed Sarah."
Nice way to get people to hate Luke right before his death.
Clem
Kenny
Alvin
Since Clem is my obvious number 1, I won't include her. So my top 3 is:
HM: Luke, Alvin, Nick, Walter
I won't add Clementine, because she's obviously one of my favorite characters. But, here are my top three.
