The sad thing is, is that I'd actually see that as a positive if that happened to A.J, because I don't think I really care by this point what happens to him, not after the way Telltale dropped him in so late in the game, and with the unrealistic magical bonding with Clementine [not to mention, Sims babies are more realistic than he was]. Telltale already considered killing A.J in the finale before, so why should we care when they disregarded him so easily like that? That's the only reason I could see them keeping A.J around, to make the player pity him and think he's cute, then kill him off for some drama and break Clementine some more.
That, and just the possibility of a teen mom plot makes me really uncomfortable.
That, and just the possibility of a teen mom plot makes me really uncomfortable.
I don't know about that...being portrayed as a teen mom is a little uncomfortable, but I think it's a better alternative than the narrative killing off AJ for cheap drama, or in the worse case senario...forcing Clementine to use AJ as walker bait and we see it all in excruciating detail to emphasis how 'hardened' she is as a pragmatic survivor.
Had it been up to me, I'd have Clementine give AJ up to another group of survivors who are more than capable of looking after him.

We play as a middle-aged woman named Sandra. She is part of a crew of about ten people, all of whom collect supplies at abandoned buildings in the woods. One day, they see a lean figure walking toward them, as dawn is going up.
Parker: It's a teenaged girl!

I'd prefer that actually yeah.
Telltale did an outstanding job with making us care about the bond between Lee and Clem, granted Season 1 was made under different writers who have since tragically passed on (to Campo Santo), hence making Season 2 somewhat underwhelming compared to the original; but one can only hope that with all the time put into S3's development that maybe the writers can recapture the genuine 'feels' provoked by S1; so maybe Telltale can actually make us care about the 'bond' between AJ and Clem.
I personally have no attachment to AJ whatsoever, neither do I feel Clem had any obligation to care for him, but I suppose in a realistic scenario even the most pragmatic survivor (like MyClem) wouldn't just leave a baby to die (even if that baby is little more than a plot device).
Telltale did state in an interview that Clementine 'wasn't there yet' regarding a state of mind where she would have feasibly left a problem like AJ to simply die. Maybe she will get there in Season 3, depending on our choices.
BTW, who else really wants Dave Finnoy to return as the Narrator? I know I do.

I give her two to three weeks before the lack of sleep from A.J crying at all hours, the frequent changing of his poopy stained/pee drenched diapers every two hours and Clementine constantly getting puked after feeding him, all finally take their toll when having to juggle dealing with the dangers of walkers and bandits, and taking care of herself as well. Clementine would be wishing she was back with a group of incompetent adults telling her to do everything, because parenthood is not like looking after a puppy.
As somebody that took care of her nephew a couple of weeks after he was born, I can honestly tell you that even with Clementine caring about A.J and making him her responsibility, she is not a superhero. She will struggle and it will wear her out, especially for someone who is 11 years old. There's a reason I didn't go for the alone ending, because it's suicide. I'll actually be amazed if in that outcome she doesn't look exhausted when we see her next.
BettertoSleep made a joke out of it, but that could seriously happen. Clementine could get so desperate she finds a group to help because she or anybody on their own isn't going to cope well in a ZA when including all those other threats while raising a baby. Even Carol brought something like that up in the TV show.
That would mean that people that like them/stayed with Jane/Kenny get to keep them around and keep them relevant, and people that don't have Kenny/Jane get a new character that fills their role, which would make for some interesting gameplay and discussion, since it means some people will have a major character other players will never even see, but also means they miss out on any unique scenes that may happen if Kenny or Jane are there. So no matter what ending you have, you get something unique out of it that someone else may not even see in their game.
This. This please. If they do it this way I think it'd be really satisfying for everyone. That way people who don't want to see more of Kenny/Jane will get what they want, and people who still want them around will get what they want as well.
I'd like to see at least a majority of the first episode devoted to tying the endings back into the main story for S3. And if they are feeli… moreng especially ambitious, they don't need to end it with Kenny or Jane dying, either. What they could do is have them fill the same basic role in the story. And if neither of them are there, well, you replace them with a completely new character.
For example, if Kenny and Jane are both dead, or you left them, a completely new character takes their place in the story, a character that will otherwise not be seen in the game at all. If they're still alive/with you, they'll play that role for the rest of the season, or as long as they stick around, and the aforementioned third character is never seen. That would mean that people that like them/stayed with Jane/Kenny get to keep them around and keep them relevant, and people that don't have Kenny/Jane get a new character that fills their role, which would ma… [view original content]

This idea is one of my biggest worries. Looking at how linear the narrative is even with the choices we can make and how it affects later events in different ways, there's a possibility that we'll be facing this decision at some point regardless of our choices, and we'll be forced into a scenario where AJ will die because of Clementine.
If Clementine does end up reaching that point where she considers abandoning AJ to a horrible death, and in the worst case scenario, we're either encouraged to do so via our choices or Clementine's actually makes her own decision, then I will have lost whatever connection I had with Clementine and will no longer care about her.
Not everyone is going to be comfortable with advocating the death of a newborn baby, even if it is fictional.

I feel the same too. I remember hearing that about Clementine 'not being there yet' and it made me incredibly mad. I might not like A.J, but them suggesting Clementine would one day reach a point where she would abandon a newborn for the walkers in a blizzard [at least I think that's what it was] just seemed to stand entirely against her character. You can argue Clementine left Sarah for walkers, but in that outcome she didn't have a choice because it's not like Sarah is an infant and Clementine could simply scoop her up and carry her out of the dangerous situation, because she couldn't.
Leaving A.J with other strangers to raise him yeah sure, that could happen, but leave him for walkers to chow down on him? That's fucked up. I'd find it tough myself to keep caring for her if that even so much as came up as a choice.

If you decided to leave AJ, he will be placed in the ground by Clementine, who will then walk away, looking forward. The toddler will then be devored by walkers.
If you decided not to leave AJ, Clementine will trip and he will be devored by walkers. Clementine will then walk away, looking forward.

But seriously, I kind of want Clem to take care of AJ in S3. But maybe for only like half of it, and then the feels train crashes through the door. Yeah, they better give us more things to cry over in some parts than just the "EPIC FINALE = ALL THE SADNESS WE WERE HOLDING BACK." Mm-hm. Considering we know that the next season is going to be bigger, they better have a good plot twist or amazing storytelling moments near the halfway point. ... yeah...

I'm waiting for the day somebody from Telltale wears a shirt with the word 'Soon' written on it, or just a group of them with the four letters spelling it out on four shirts, and everything goes according to plan until one of them goes on a potty break during the interview, leaving 'Son' on their own to fend for themselves.

No disrespect to telltale, but I hope that Season 3 will actually be somewhat great unlike Season 2. Season 2 was good but it wasn't AMAZING.

Does anyone know which month season 3 is gonna be released ? july maybe ?
Definitely not July, as that's too close and we don't know much about the game. I would predict sometime later towards the last quarter of the year.
i chose to stay with kenny and AJ . hope kenny does'nt get wierd or angry any more !
Hey! Good for you man! I know it's gotta be rough having a family sometimes but three kids is pretty great in my eyes, I'd love to have kids someday honestly.
I think she will be like that (13-14 yr)
I would predict sometime during the last third of December.
Like with Michonne's original release date.
Actually, I'm going to guess a little earlier; like, maybe around October or November.
That sounds good! It is insane to realize that the first episode will be coming out soon.
#Soon2k16

It release in late 2016 and will end in 2017
Wtf is that? Oo
LOL
not too ugly nicca she fine az fuq
that's awesome lol
what I hope is that it does not get delayed like Michonne
