Most shocking moment?
Whats the most shocking moment in either season?For me it was a tie between Lee getting bit for grabbing a fucking RADIO and Carver getting killed in the episode that I thought was going to be setting him up as the main villain for at least episode 4, There are many others, But some of the other moments like the saint johns being cannibals and Kenny's return you can see from miles away, Not the most exciting thread but until season 3 what can you do?

Rebecca's death really got to me too, as I thought she was going to be fine.
S1 was carley's death... blew my mind.. and set up ep3 perrrrrfectly..
S2..... not sure... not trolling or being an ass.. I just dont think there was an real SHOCKINGS MOMENTS.. possibly seing nick on the fence?
Seeing Nick on the fence... is not really shocking. How about Sarah's death at the observation deck? That's pretty shocking for me.

Carley's death, and Larry's death if you try to help him. Both of those are moments left me speechless the first time through. Those are two of the most memorable moments of the game for me, they nailed the shock element of them perfectly.
Other honorable mentions would be Omid's death, Clementine getting shot, the reveal when Ben gets impaled, Mark getting shot with an arrow, and Lee's bite.

It took me until Luke's last couple seconds within Episode 1 to realize how fine he looked...mostly because at the first I was too focused on the story and what would happen to Clem to care about that stuff, and then later I was just too busy staring at his nose throughout that whole table scene to realize the full pretty picture that glorious nose was attached to.
Carley getting shot, it was so sudden I gasped in shock first time seeing that.

When Kenny talked about something being hidden in the back of the barn, I immediately knew they were cannibals.
For me, I realized they were cannibals when you talk to Danny after the Jolene incident

Although most of my shocking moments have been mentioned, another one I had was when Sarita got bit. Like I knew her death was inevitable, I was still shocked that she got bitten when she did, like I honestly thought she was gonna be fine by the end of episode 3

S2: Pete getting bitten. Before he had even finished taking Clem back to the Cabin after they first met, I had already declared him my bro for life. And he was taken away from me in that same Episode. It fucked me up, man.
I noticed when he dropped Clementine. Funny, right?
I got pissed and cussed him out and then said "Oh shit, wait, you're actually pretty damn cute. Here, you can carry me."
Oh, come on. At least it's better than her surviving being completely submerged in ice water and warming up by being in front of a fucking fire for twelve seconds and blowing into her hands. Cause fuck hypothermia and frostbite, what's that?

Playing Wyatt's story then Russell's, putting two and two together and realising Nate was the guy chasing Wyatt and Eddie.

16 months later time skip and noticing that Christa's baby is no more...
Sorta half expected Sam to bite Clem because by that point he was a feral animal, but still shocked me because the attacking scene was sooo loud.
Realising that Carlo's probably isn't a registered doctor because he couldn't identify that canines and omnivores leave different bite marks.
Having to stitch Clem's arm up, I dread that scene whenever I replay the game.

The 'Choose who to sit with for dinner' choice was shockingly stupid...
Finding walker Nick in the fence and then having to hack the shit out off his face, shockingly insulting on the developer's part.
When Rebecca was having the baby, I was shockingly frightened that it was "gonna get graphic".

Luke being shelved for Jane. Instead of Kenny VS Luke we got Kenny VS Jane, and I was not expecting that considering how the first two episodes in season 2 built up Luke and then a Luke and Kenny fued.
Mike's (and Bonnie) betrayal. Felt really out of character.
