Apperance: Much like of that of the glorious Governor of The Walking Dead TV show, minus the eyepatch of course. He wears a vest and trench coat. He doesn't look very athletic, but he is.
Personality: Very charismatic, intelligent, manipulative. He's kinda of an asshole, to people who are strangers. He warms up to people in about a day. Also, is obsessed with wealth of any kind. Wants law and order, considers himself Judge, Jury, and Executioner.

I always thought they were going to do a revenge of action or of the world u.u. Actually , i was bothered when in All Star none of the original characters ended up in the finale. I like all the seasons very much
