Maybe @BlindSniper will change his mind when we get some news. And realize that it is a tradition already
In the end, I know that my food too, makes him put the a fridge near computer :Р
DealWithIt
It definitely won't be, when they announced that they emphasized that it would be a little announcement, this they keep calling major so I'm definitely going with a DLC or something here :P
I want to be excited because the news is so close, but I can't help feeling like that food critic from Ratatouille all of a sudden.
I just hope whatever it is makes up for Season 2's finale...and that it isn't a Walking Dead Tetris game that all the hype is for...or TWD printed toilet brushes ;_; I mean, I like keeping my toilet clean as much as the next person but come ooon!
But if it's Tetris, I can imagine the TWD version of it being like this XD

Game of the year right there.
The only things I could find was this package called "press master" that was updated yesterday.
And some changes that have to do with achievements.
Don't understand what either of these are :P
@Green613 and @Poogers555 New Morning I believe refers to the start of A House Divided, where you either stay the night with Nick or Pete. The Intruder is the title of the first episode of Jurassic Park: The Game, and it's probably referring to Carver's introduction, and Moving On is a reference to the cabin that we left during A House Divided.

I consider TFTB to be Telltale's best game to date so far. TWD isn't going to be getting any additional praise from me for being the first Telltale game or the one that got me here.
HI guys.I think there won't be any DLC for season two.And the major announcement is bigger than a DLC and ot It is a separate game But it will have a big effect on season 3 .And It is much bigger than 400 Days.
TWD isn't going to be getting any additional praise from me for being the first Telltale game or the one that got me here.
Yeah I guess I do have some bias because it got me here as well. But I like GoT more than TWD yet I'm more hyped for this announcement then episode 5 of GoT, weird

That’d be a cool idea for a DLC, but I’m worried Lilly’s too divisive a character for this to work. I feel someone like Christa would work better. And I also really hope that Lilly (if she ever returns) isn’t pigeonholed into an antagonist role in the same manner that Kenny was forced to be Clem’s friend. I'd be cool with a [Hug Lilly] option.
And I really don’t get why people think Lilly is exceptionally “ruthless”. The most ruthless thing she’s ever done was turn away Ben (because the group was literally starving), and shoot Carley/Doug (due to a mental breakdown more than anything). Did no one notice how Lilly vehemently defends Lee if he chooses to shoot the screaming girl in Macon, even if Lee sided with Kenny in the meat locker? She’s really no worse than almost every character in the series (cabin group locking Clem up, Vernon stealing the boat, Molly wanting to leave Lee and Kenny to die, pretty much everything Season 2 Kenny ever did, etc.)
You know, it’d be interesting to see Christa and Lilly meet up. It wouldn’t be too contrived either if both of them are heading towards Wellington.
No, I meant that the DLC would go back and cover what Lily has been doing up until the present day, and then Season 3's storyline would be a… morebout Clem - now also in the present day - crossing paths with Lily. I absolutely want the DLC to tie in with Season 3 and not just be a standalone thing.
I have it in my head that Lily will eventually find a new group and since she has such a strong character she won't like how they run things, and will start to impose her will and ways onto them. BUT because she's also intelligent and ruthless she will help the group survive and grow to be a known force. A small society, with strong walls and resources. However her ruthlessness will not foster a happy community and will cause division. Some think her methods are too brutal, others adamantly stand by her side.
That is where Clem comes in (now season 3) for whatever reason. Possibly because she meets some of the defectors who inform Clem of the resources and security Lily's group has, and then she works with them to take it back.

Possibly a spin-off so they can find ways to make decisions matter in Season 3? Probably not but it's what I'm hoping for. Either way the more The Walking Dead the better, the more characters the better, the longer the better lol
Lily's divisiveness is a strength for the role I have in mind. Remember how much she divided opinion among the group in Season 1? Now imagine that, but with her in a position of power. Some people will vehemently dislike her. But she's also smart and gets results, so other people will stand by her side. That's a point of conflict that could be very interesting.
I don't mean ruthless in a necessarily bad way or anything, I just mean that she was willing to make the tough decisions. And I think that trait would be much exacerbated after the whole dilemma with Ben stabbing the group in the back and Kenny killing her Dad.

Ah, ok then. That would be a cool scenario, but I still really hope we aren't forced to side against Lilly for some arbitrary reason. I've had enough of that bs with Kenny and AJ.

Oh I hear you. I didn't like that you had to take care of AJ either, and Kenny and Clem were never even great friends in the first place! Like I said, Lily would be more of an antagonist, so her and Clem would be against each other more than anything.

but is this announcement merely only an announcement about the project that's being worked on currently? b/c it seems like all these tidbits that are being released have turned out only to be news about future news, which isn't really news at all....I just want something definitive
It's described by a Telltale staff member as being a "major announcement" and it will be announced at one of the biggest gaming events of the year, with that in mind i'm pretty sure it will be something definitive.

They're all achievements, as I pointed out in my post above ;]
Those are the first three achievements of Season 2 Episode 3. It says that they "removed Stats schema", whatever that may entail.
I know
And actually the first one I underlined was the first achievement of episode 2 ^-^
I'm thinking maybe I should reword my post since you guys think I didn't know they were the achievements >.>
Damn, gotta stay up til 4 am to get the announcement. Ah well, its worth it. I'm usually a night owl anyway
Awwwww, why are they announcing it on a Monday? I have to work.....
Let's be honest with ourselves, TWD S2 DLC, although I'll be personally more excited for TFTB episode 3 dates.
This is TWD though ;___;
