How can an unborn baby eat you if it has no teeth? o_o would it just kinda like wriggle around until you went into labor, or just claw at you with it's tiny hands until it was able to crawl out like 'bitch i'm angry now! where my bottle of blooood!?'

Unborn babies probably don't have zombie virus due to placental barrier. I think babies in ZA world only catch it after being born.
That would be some crazy, jaw dropping, entertaining shit. I'd like to see something like that, but aggressiveness at that level in a baby would be too fictional, but then again, this is a zombie game
