Which table did you pick?

Who did you sit with Luke or Kenny?

I wanted to sit with Luke but felt I needed to find out how Kenny was still alive and what he had been up to.

  • Kenny, because I thought it would be rude that you just reunited with someone from a long time, and go sit with someone that you met like 5 days ago.

  • Kenny because don't know Luke from Adam. The creepy stare he gave also put me off from any potential table sits with him in the future too.

  • Kenny because I needed to bask in the glory of his beard.

  • I still wanted to catch up with Kenny so I sat with him, the look Luke gave me actually pestered me. I just reunited with someone dear to me and I met you 5 days ago, should be obvious who I'm going to sit with.

  • Sat with Kenny, we had just reunited after two years, all that time thinking he was dead, of course I'm going to sit with Kenny.

  • I sat at Luke's table.

At first it was a accident but after I didnt regret it.

  • Sat with Luke. I had no attachment to Kenny, and I preferred Luke's company.

  • First time through I sat with Luke. He became a good buddy and I wanted to support my friendship with the cabin group.

One thing to note is that the only real consequence to this choice is Kenny bringing it up in ep. 5 when talking to him in the truck after getting into an argument with the group about Wellington. Both choices end with him remarking his feelings on how proud he is of Clementine and how grown up she is, it's just said in a different way.

  • I sat with Kenny as, in my eyes, there wasn't much of a debate. Hmm, who should I sit with? Someone I've known for several months into the apocalypse and haven't seen for over a year, or a group of people I've only known for a few days that have actually trusted and opened up to me for an even shorter amount of time?

  • Sat with Kenny. For the same reason Blind Sniper said. Plus at the time I planned on uniting the two groups, but wanted it to be known who I stood with the most. Then the shit hit the fan anyways.

  • Kenny trusted and opened up to Clementine in season 1?

  • Sat with Luke as my Clem doesn't like Kenny for refusing to save her from the Stranger.

  • Clementine was told this?

  • Sat with Kenny, us being old friends.

    Luke and the posse...

And I was talking mad shit about Ken too.

  • Kenny, of course. Sure, I liked my new group, but Clementine and Kenny had experienced so much together already in Lee's group. He was like old family.

I sat with Luke. Kenny was acting weird at the lodge I wanted to get away from him as soon as possible.

Not directly in a one-on-one way of course, but I'd easily imagine they had more of a pre-established trust from having been through more together in Season 1. When I brought up the cabin group not having trusted and opened up to Clem for long, I was saying that in opposition to them having been somewhat hostile towards her in Episode 201 - I wasn't specifically referring to Kenny having been there for her in Season 1.

  • Luke. Gotta stick with the crew.

  • I didnt hug Kenny and I didnt sit with him. He didnt give a damn how long he knew my Clementine when he abandoned her so I didnt give a damn about him. Luke, on the oher hand, saved my life and he barely new me.

  • Kenny. Because its been a long time since Clem saw him and she must spend time with him.

  • Christa or Omid probably would've brought it up at some point.

    Clementine was told this?

  • Whether you like Kenny or not, I think it's pretty stupid to not sit with the people who just gave you shelter and food. My Clementine didn't play the Who do I like more-game and sat with Kenny, Walter and Sarita, our lovely hosts.

  • Kenny, cause I needed to feel the holiness of his Redneck mane.

On a serious note, it was because Kenny and my Lee were best friends in the first season, and I think it would of been a major dick move if I didn't sit with Kenny.

  • Kenny.
I had just re-united with the guy and I wanted to see where the hell he's been, how he escaped, and basically whats been going on with him. I missed him, thats for sure.

  • I don't see why Christa would keep that kind of betrayal from her, she'd ask what happened I'm sure.

If there were established trust/connection wouldn't Kenny have based his decision at the end of episode 4 on more than whether he likes Lee or not?

The game gives us no real reason to believe Kenny and Clementine were any closer than, say, Katjaa and Ben, or Lilly and Duck.

I know this isn't fully on topic, but I realized something

When you sit with Kenny, Walter and Sarita get up and go to sit with the cabin group, and Nick and Luke come over to your table

However, Walter and Sarita don't take their bowls of beans with them, so that means that Luke and Nick come over and start eating Walt and Sarita's beans

    What a couple of jerks

Even Kenny knows better when you sit with Luke

  • Obviously Kenny. You just find out an old friend is somehow alive and this is the perfect time to catch up/talk with his new companions.

  • Those bastards.

It was a really tough choice as i like Kenny and was really happy to see him again but i decided to sit at Luke's table as i wanted to talk to the cabin group about the people who where following us, i felt really guilty when Kenny looked sad when he saw me sit down :(

  • Kenny because I just reunited

  • I think sitting with Kenny is better because Luke will not remember that ;)

Season 1 Kenny and Lee were close, if you agreed with Kenny, but even then, Clementine and Kenny had no real interaction other than Clem stating Duck isn't feeling good, which Kenny replied, "Get on the train, Clementine". That would be like: my mom has a really good friend, but she's not my really good friend. Season Two Clementine was a chance for her to form her own opinions, develop her own friendships (obviously, since we controlled her), and I didn't consider Kenny a friend. I wasn't going to sit with Kenny out of nostalgia over Season 1. I sat with Luke.

  • Kenny because I was excited to catch up with him and wanted to find out more about Sarita and Walter.

He talks to her in the meat locker too.

I don't know if it is dialogue dependent, but he said "you're the only one that can do this Clemetine" or something similar when she was going into the ventilation, or rather; doubting if she should, last time I played through it.
