Lessons learned..
So the season 2 ended in a climatic note. So far, what lessons have you learned in the game? For me, I realized that I choose decisions based on my emotions.. And I think being emotional in the zombie apocalypse world has a good and bad thing. The bad thing is every time someone close to you die, you became depressed and can be a liability just like Kenny. The good thing is I think you never lose the humanity in you.
So what are the lessons you've learned in the past 2 seasons? Share it here!

Never trust a Russian, that's what I learned.
Cliche Russian Villans with Accents that kill or double cross you first chance they get are way overdone... (And rewrites suck, we would of had Eddie, Carver living longer, Luke dying later in the Episode, I heard...)
My own opinion no need to be rude
Well it's not something I learned, but hopefully Clem learned to only pull out your gun if you plan on using it.
I can't FKN believe I have the option to pull out my glock on Arvo and Mike, and DON'T have the option to shoot anyone. The russian and the ginger needed to be shot.
And the Member of the Kool Koon Klan.... (Mike) I can't believe he didn't help Clem after she was shot....
Arvo is a little shitbird like Kenny said
Mike is the Vernon of Season 2
Bonnie is a hypocrite
Jane was selfish
Luke kept the group together
Kenny is the one who cared about the group in the end
I forgive a lot, I still like Mike, Bonnie and Arvo (with Arvo remaining in my Top Ten Characters list)
Aside from Luke, my opinion's the opposite!
I learned that sometimes, other people need someone to keep themselves going, and sometimes we have to be that person they're living for. I learned that just because someone you love does things you don't agree with or might hate them for, doesn't mean they are overall a bad person. And you should never give up on the people who you love the most.
And Bonnie is a bitch.
Cannot trust anybody except myself and Kenny
I learned that Crawford was 100% correct in their philosophy. To survive, you need to become a worthless out-for-yourself dickhead and sacrifice others. #SAVECRAWFORD
Ugh...
Also, same thing as bloop. Never trust a Russian.
Same dude
I am not questioning your reasons when I ask, but could you explain why you like Arvo so much? I didn't feel he had much character development for us to really get to know him... did I miss something?![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Arvo = Did crazy shit after suffering terrible abuse at the hands of Kendog.
Kenny = Lilly with a splash of Carver thrown in.
Mike= wai u no let me come pls
Clem = Clem
Jane = redeemable.
never trust someone......
Lessons I learned... Don't turn against your friends when others try to turn you against them cough Jane cough..... and stick with people that you know are good people.
That's silly, it's shown you can trust Jane if you go with her as she stays with you in the end.
How does Jane end up being selfish?
That's an odd complaint to make, there are far more valid complaints you could make than that.
Arvo = Bastard.
Kenny = Lilly 2.0. "RIP"
Mike = Could have convinced him to stay.
Bonnie = Bitch.
Luke = Rest in peace.![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Jane = My hero.
Nah, the episode really tries to make sure you don't talk to him a lot, but from the small bits of dialogue you can see him grieving over Natasha. Also dream Lee's advice summed up his actions for me.
"She [Lilly] was sad Clem. That can make people angry sometimes."
I feel like she pushed Kenny's buttons on purpose to make Clem leave him.
EDIT:
You should add another Fuck in there, just to be sure.
Aaaaand that obviously never happened in his game, so...
This thread is about personal lessons one learned through one's own experience of the game.
I expect you won't blame him for not playing like you did ?
Stop being that "No positive comment about Kenny will go unpunished - not on my watch" guy.
Good idea. You can never be to sure about these things.
I'm glad I robbed Arvo.
Kenny was a danger to Clem and it took a bullet for him to admit that.
Jane was misunderstood and unduly vilified.
Bonnie and Mike need to share an unmarked grave.
Trusting reason over sentimentality saved Clem's life.
Things would have turned out better if I was allowed to shoot Kenny after his truck outburst before the traitors tried to abscond with the prisoner, the supplies, and the truck like I wanted to.
Thats for fucking sure.
FUCK ice.. they killed an orange shirted guy with a machete who happens to be the nicest guy.
Well, it's obvious he wanted to kill Clem because she shot Natasha. He gives Clem multiple death stares, I felt bad for him until he tried to run, and then Kenny started beating him, I was like " You're getting what you deserve."
Never get near with a megalomaniac psycho like Kenny,he will only drag you down,especially when I heard Jane's story when her group lost 4 people just to save one not so good guy who turns out already bitten.
oh right, sorry I thought this was a more general view of the episode.
Regardless, the point I took issue with is not that he trusts Kenny, but that he thinks every single other person is untrustworthy, so you can shove your 'no positive comment' bullcrap as that's not even applicable here.
Fuck Bonnie for fucking breaking the ice and then blaming Clem and then fucking off with fucking Arvo...
Fuck Bonnie for breaking the FUCKING ice. Fuck.
That's okay, have my like![:) :)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Arvo - a boy in a bad situation whose nationality and disability leads Americans to hate him just because.
Kenny - Carver's spiritual successor, and an abusive mess who I wish I could just leave or kill off without having to listen to his nonsense
Mike and Bonnie - good people who made a selfish choice out of fear
Jane - an untrustworthy creep who is just as frightening as Kenny
Clementine - the living embodiment of hope in a dead world
He was trying to run because Kenny was a terrifying mess. If anything, KENNY deserved to get beat down for what he did to Arvo - using Luke's death as an excuse to try and kill Arvo when they entered the house without even bothering to start a fire or see if Arvo was telling the truth about his supplies.
The scene where he beats Arvo is deliberately meant to resemble Carver's beating of Kenny...
Jane wasn't a bad character, and Kenny wasn't always good. I would kill Arvo and Bonnie if we get the chance in Season 3, that would be awesome. They never said if they killed them or anything like that.
I didn't hate Arvo because he was Russian. I hated him because he fucking shot me.
Nothing's changed since season one; Me and Kenny vs. the world. Except in season one it was Lee and Kenny and now its Clem and Kenny and Alvin too.
Honestly I really fail to see why that hate at Kenny, all he does is to protect those who he loves at ALL costs no matter what. I mean seriously, Kenny considered, in my play through at least, Clem and Alvin his family and just like in season one he would do anything to keep them safe. Yeah, he went psycho a bit against Jane but she was asking for it the whole time, but honestly, I bet most parents who lost their child to someone would have done the same exact thing. And yeah, Kenny wasn't technically Alvin's parent but he had basically adopted him and was the one who took care of him. I guarantee he would do the same for Clem no matter what, and actually he does if you side with Kenny against Jane.
