I was hoping this would of died down by now, but no. The stupidity for the "right" ending continues with multiple new threads each saying the same facts or interpretation in some vain attempt to gain some conviction for themselves continues.
They have now deleted the thread, but if you google 'Jane hang telltale', you can still see the thread.
I also took a screenshot of the thread on my phone but I can't be bothered to upload it. Just google it.
People have told me that I condone murder for not shooting Kenny. I was really stressed because of the discussions for a while, it helped to ignore the boards and game for a weekends time.
I've wondered this myself, why some people feel they have to convince the entire world to share their opinion about these fictional characters. Possibly they feel insecure, deepdown, and threatened by the idea that the person with the opposing opinion might just have their own valid reasons for their choices rather than just Being Wrong. After all, if the other person has some valid reasons, then they might Be Wrong. I think some people are incapable of seeing that it isn't necessarily as black and white as all that, and that two sane, nice, reasonably intelligent people can actually look at the same situation and reach different conclusions about what's the right thing to do.
What I really don't understand is why some people feel the need to change other people's opinion. I like Jane, you like Kenny, Bonnie likes … moreLuke and everyone has the right to say why, without being attacked on every single sentence he/she writes.
If you go to one of the many Kenny/Jane-Love/hate forums (or just any forum related to the endings) and express your opinion, without being offensive, someone will start saying that you are stupid, don't understand anything, your choices aren't canon, you are talking just to start another war and stuff.
I'm tired of this sh*t, and I don't even try to express my opinion on those themes anymore, because nobody really cares about other's opinion, it's just an "I'm right -everybody else's wrong" war, and that makes any form of discussion useless.

Meanwhile the Walking Dead game subreddit has no one even talking about it. Seriously the front page doesn't have Kenny or Jane's name anywhere.
Just a sample of some of the thread titles over there "Its hard to imagine season 2 took place in like 2 weeks" "The potential character development for Clementine between Season 1 and 2 is actually pretty tremendous" "Controller died thought it was intended" "I really want to stand by my choice, but the other endings sound so much better. Is it worth replaying to get the ending I want?" and many others. Meanwhile we have "Proof she was out for blood" "If you let the timer run out ********** gets an eyeful" "The perfect ending (Both Jane and Kenny fans will agree) Proving that its the people here. Hell even Youtube commenters have dropped it at this point. Not since Mass Effect 3 have I seen such vile and hatred over people's opinion. I feel like one of those poor souls who said they liked ME3's ending.
