The 24th Hunger Games Interactive: Only One Gets to Live
Yeah yeah i know , there are a lot of other Hunger Games story in these forum and i know this may be a little too much unoriginal , but why not another? They are very cool. Also i really want to write this. And i love the Hunger Games triology.
First , some rules:

Personality: silent and shy, preceding to keep to herself. She doesn't have many friends, but is fine on her own. She doesn't value feelings, preceding to hide all emotion.
Back story: Amber had a good life, sort of. Amber was a child that nobody really wanted, her own parents practically ignored her existence. She grew up mostly on her own, with the occasional friend.

I might create a mentor, escort and stylist for D4 tomorrow, as well as a second tribute for another district. Ugh, feels weird to create a career tribute... But hey, she's not a bad person.
Name: Reeva Trace
Gender: Female
Age: 16
District: 4
Apperance: Reeva is slim and physically fit, with red hair, which she usually keeps in a ponytail or bun. She has pale skin and green eyes, as well as a few freckles over her face She is very beautiful and uses her looks to her advantage.
Personality: Reeva is a calm and aloof girl, who apparently thinks that she is far better than anyone else. This, however, overplays the fact that she has a strong sense of family and once she accepts someone as a friend, she would do anything for this person. However, she has a very hard time accepting friends and usually expects to get treated badly. She has terribly low self-esteem and usually overplays this with a mask of arrogance. However, in private she can be very sweet, caring and friendly. She usually acts far tougher and meaner than she actually is and carefully hides a soft spot for other people. She hates doing things in a group, preferring to do things alone and completely her way. She also has a hard time dealing with other people, rarely showing genuine emotions and having a very hard time accepting gratitude, feelings or even help. However, she can get manipulative and is not above using her looks to appear innocent and harmless. Deep down, Reeva is a very moral person, who hates to see children suffer and while she is always doing what needs to be done, she would never act needlessly cruel. She is also not without mercy.
Backstory: Reeva comes from one of District 4's richest families. Her father owns several ships and is a very strict man, while her mother is not much nicer. Still, Reeva loves both of them. Ever since she was younger, she was training at District 4's training centre, but also went on small adventures with her twin sister Mara, with whom she is very close. Mara developed completely different though, growing up as an aggressive girl, who would often get into fights. Reeva knows and fears, that her sister plans on volunteering. From her perspective, Mara is her parents favourite and she can't bear the thought of seeing her parents suffering the loss of her sister. Because of this, she plans on volunteering in the coming games, knowing full well that Mara plans to do the same.
Family/Friends: Her parents are named Nemo and Sirena, her twin sister is named Mara. Nemo and Sirena are very stern and demanding parents, who show little love for either of their children, though Reeva thinks that Mara is her parents favourite by far. She has a close relationship to her sister and loves her parents. Unlike her, Mara is very aggressive and slightly bloodthirsty
Fears: Reeva worst fear is to see her family suffer. She also hates to see friends dying
Volunteered or Reaped?: Volunteered to prevent her twin sister from volunteering
Strengths: Athletic, Highly resourceful, Has survival skills

Age: 18
Appearance: Porcelain skin, flowing blonde hair and emerald green eyes. She's tall and very fit from years of training.
Backstroy: She's had an easy life so far, and finds it hard to relate to poor people because of the easy lifestyle she's had so far. Velvet has been training for over half her life. Despite her protests early on, her family pushed her to train for the games. She secretly hates the games and doesn't get why district one still loves it when there tributes only win about once every three years. She's never put her name in more than mandatory because she's always had enough food and thinks tesserae just taste bad in general.
Volunteered or reaped: Volunteered to keep her parents happy
Fears: Bugs, especially cockroaches. Being alone.
Strengths: Her hatchet, her strength, her good looks
Weaknesses: Can't keep a secret. Does a bad job at masking her emotions.
Friends/ Family: She has lot's of friends, but not many true friends, her parents are always pushing her to be better, and despite being well intentioned, they put a lot of pressure on her. They want a victor to bring honor to district one.

Apperance: Slim and agile. Has short dirty blonde hair and brown eyes.
Personality: He's witty and likes to crack jokes, seemingly carefree. But he takes things he deems important very seriously.
Backstory: His parents never cared much for him or his siblings, causing him to have zero respect for them. Over the years, he has grew to hate his parents, and constantly stands up to them. The only reason he hasn't volunteered for the games is because he loves his siblings, and wants to protect them.
Family/Friends: three younger siblings, parents that he despises.
Fears: Heights, and needles.

Strengths: (name three) He's agile, sociable and perceptive.
Weakness: (name three) Gullible (his first instinct is to trust people), quick-tempered, his hubris.

Backstory: Lienna has been training her whole life for the Games. She never misses her target. She comes from a loving family. People sometimes underestimate her for her height but once she gets ahold of a knife or a bow and arrow she's a killer.
Volunteered or reaped: Volunteered because she felt like she was ready and could win.
Fears: She has no fears.
Strengths: Bow and arrows, knives, her aim, her strength, and running.
Weaknesses: Her height although it can be an advantage at times.
Friends/Family: Her sister is named Alicia and she's about 13 years old. Her parents names are Polly and Titus. All of them love Lienna a lot and didnt really want her to volunteer.
Name: Hailey Winters
Age: 15
Gender: Female
District: 9
Appearance: Dirty blonde hair, pale skin, hair usually tied into two braids, green eyes, 5'6ft tall.
Backstory: Hailey was popular in her district usually for being really outgoing and sociable, everyone was distraught when she was reaped. She loves her parents and siblings, when she was young, her and the brother used to play a game where they would throw knives at the wall with targets carved into the wall. This explains how good she is with knives, coming from District 9. Her parents were killed by Peacekeepers for committing a really bad crime. Nobody knows what crime they committed and they were killed when Hailey was aged 4 and her brother Alex was 6. Her brother, Alex was reaped for The Hunger Games two years ago and his death scarred her for life, he placed 7th in the whole games.
Volunteered or reaped: Reaped
Fears: dying, president snow.
Strengths: Throwing knives, she never misses her target. She's a fast runner who has a lot of stamina. She can be manipulative at times and very persuasive. Very funny, and entertaining.
Weaknesses: Spiders and only spiders.
Friends/Family: She lives with her grandparents: Trisha and Alox. They both love her very much.

Name: Texa Orford
Gender: Female
Age: 17
District: 10
Appearance: Texa is quite small, roughly 5'4" and whilst slim, she is slightly muscular from lifting cattle meat daily. She has dark brown, wavy hair that only just reaches past her shoulders. Her eyes are dark brown, almost matching the pupil. She is fairly tanned, working outside majority of the time. More often than not, Texa's hair is down, however in the arena this would likely get her killed, so she'd have it in two messy pigtail buns.
Personality: Texa is very charming and quite collected. Only in the worst kind of situations will Texa lose her calm. She is also quite lax, however when feeling threatened, she can handle herself. She is competitive, and sees no harm in being so. It's unlikely that she thinks about what she says before saying it. She is self-optimistic, so she has hopes for herself. She isn't that tolerable, so if her district partner or any allies annoyed her, she wouldn probably leave them.
Backstory: Texa grew up on a ranch, like most from District 10. Her family weren't particularly poor or rich. However, after her mother had twins, 7 years ago, it was necessary that Texa took out a tesserae, otherwise her family would starve. Nobody hated Texa because of how relaxed and cheerful she was around everyone. However, after her father passed away, Texa had to do more work, making her stronger and more physically able. Her mother never moved on and didn't need to; she was happy with her family. Texa often helped out at other people's farm, in an attempt to earn some more money.
Family/Friends:
Avery Orford, mother, 36 - Very caring and protective over Texa and her other children.
Caroia and Virgolina, twin sisters, 7 - bubbly and cheerful, they clearly love Texa
Fears: Death and watching her family suffer without being able to do anything.
Volunteered (if , why) Or Reaped?: Reaped
Strengths: Physical strength, whips (she uses these to order the cattle around and could be a good weapon is something sharp is added to it) and intelligence.
Weakness: Doesn't portray emotions easily, doesn't like the Captiol so that could sabotage her interview and doesn't like trying new things (e.g new weapons during training)

I do not know much to make a pyromaniac without making him look like a crazy killer. If you do not like him, you can kill him in the bloodbath, but I thought that this fanfiction needed fire.

It´s okay. The thing was to do not make just "she/he is sadistic and wants to torture everyone with no reason :d But (at least in the movies) the people from district 11 are mostly black , so except everyone in the orphanage was cuacasian that makes not sense :P. Can i make him be from district 9?
Go ahead, I don't care about the district that my character is, only if he will have at least a small appearance in the history.
