but why are her flaws more reasonable than Kenny's?
You're moving in circles. Look at the post above to see as to why she is more reasonable.
◾Kenny suggested Lee drop Ben from the tower, after it was revealed that he had betrayed them at the motel.
First, Ben didn't betray anyone. He fucked up trying to help by means of a stupid ideal and never addressed it. Second, it was more Kenny's fault that his family died than Ben. He was rushing to get into the RV and potentially leave behind Lilly, and was more concerned with that than getting his family to safety.
◾Lily, many could argue was a bully herself; she lowered moral, murdered Doug/Carley and consistently put the group in danger for a father who was an even bigger bully, as well as a liability with a heart condition
She didn't lower morale at all, in fact it was again Kenny constantly butting heads with her and bitching about her not liking him... Yeah, she's to blame.
◾Said father suffers from a heart attack which he has no meds on-hand to treat, and is presumed dead while in a locked room with Kenny.
Ok, yeah... and then Kenny savagely murdered him spraying blood and brain matter on his daughters' face.
I could definitely see Jane abandoning, if not killing any one of the above characters in these situations.
The same woman that can be easily swayed into trying to save a helpless girl trapped under rubble, or coming back for no reason other than she wants to see the group make it, or saved a drowning girl in freezing water while dickinstein was beating up Arvo? You could see her do that? Hmmm...
Also why is Lily the 'poor, grieving daughter' when she herself murdered an innocent person, and didn't even think her life was in danger at the time?
Because she is a poor grieving daughter. She was conflicted with mourning her father and trying to stay strong for the sake of the group and although bitter toward her fathers killer (which she should be) she never tried to kill or fuck him over.
Kenny was just as emotionally unstable as her, (if not worse)
Trust me, you're not telling me anything I don't know. He's a fuck up.
All I can say at this point is your rationale behind vilifying Kenny more than Jane or Lily is extremely flawed and biased; whether or not you'll realize this is beyond my help.

This is related to the fact that Telltale forced clem to 'like' Kenny, giving the player no options to say otherwise.
If we were given opportunities to express hatred for Kenny for what he's done (he refused to help lee look for clem in my game, so she had cause) then Jane would have known she wouldn't have to do something like this.
I love Jane unfortunately.
So much so in fact that I asked if I could leave with her in episode 4. Which makes her actions in episode 5 completely pointless. All she had to do was ask: "Hey Clem, wanna go?" :P
Where he's vulnerable to walkers smashing the window?
Walkers can hardly break house windows let alone smash car windows, which are made very strong on purpose.
Trying to get Clementine to ditch her ** friends**????
Who was Clem a friend with non-determinantly, strong enough that she'd never ever ever even consider leaving them, regardless of how the player plays her character?

Jane gets tons of hate because of her ideology, (Not caring for others) and hiding a baby in a snowstorm.
I'm in the minority here but I really like Jane's character and she's becoming my favorite character that came out of season two.
I din't like Jane because she was a Molly clone to me. Tough woman survivor, she has a dead sister, doesn't trust anyody and left the group in ep 4 the same way Molly did but she returned in episode 5. And her stunt in episode 5 made me dislike her even more.
That's really the only valid similarity they have. There are loads of tough women, a very large amount of people would have dead sisters, and Molly and Jane both do trust others.

This is true. But if you look at it from the opposite point of view, ergo if you constantly expressed your trust and affection towards Kenny and thrust aside all her "Kenny's gonna snap, he's gonna lose it, just you wait" and if you say things like "Kenny isn't Carver" and "Stop criticising him"... What's her reaction? She's gonna confront him nevertheless. Like Clem can't make her own decisions. Like she had to open her eyes. Like Clem was an ignorant naive kid like Sarah and had no understanding and insight in human nature whatsoever. Like it was impossible that Clementine might have more knowledge about Kenny for she has actually known him for longer than three days. This is what really disturbed me, this is what made me dislike (not hate) Jane and made my Clementine emotionally leaning towards Kenny.
Also, the point she wanted to prove never existed. I never felt all too close to Kenny, but he was no danger for Clem, at least in my playthrough I never got that vibes. If anything I found it unsettling that Jane tells Clementine that she left her sister to die and in the next breath tries to win Clementine over.
Okay. So she was wrong about Kenny, I can't hold it against her, because Kenny can be a mad son of a bitch at times. But why the flying fuck couldn't she have chosen another point of time for her attempt to unveil Kenny's monstrous rotten soul? Why does it have to be in the middle of a snow storm, with Clem gotten recently shot, with no supplies left, no sense of direction and a crying poop factory on the backseat? Now I partially blame the bad writing for this and the need to force a climax at the end of the season. But, yeah, this is why I dislike (not hate) Jane.

She wanted to prove that if something happened to AJ, Kenny would go crazy, and this could result in him beating clem if she were the one to lose him. She was fairly successful in showing that.

Considering Kenny has lashed out at Clemetine before for something she wasn't responsible for, it's not that much of a stretch that if he would attack Jane, he'd at least do something to Clem.
So she's bad because she's less strong than a man, having UNDERestimated how brutal he would get?

She's stupid on the other hand for underestimating Kenny. If she knew one thing about him it would be that he's got problems with his temper.

I fail to see how she failed to prove anything to clem, still.
If he got angrier than she thought he would, then she proved it even better than she was trying to.
And now we're going round in circles. She's proven that Kenny would kill a person he despises. But he doesn't despise Clementine. And yes, in my opinion it is very much of a stretch that he'd do something like that to Clem. And in your world of thougth: Even if she was right about whatever you said - was it worth it to force Clementine to either witness or commit another murder? Was it that urgent to have her final showdown with Kenny? Jane risks Clementine's emotional health for proving a point? Fine, way to go.
I fail to see how she failed to prove anything to clem, still.
If he got angrier than she thought he would, then she proved it even better than she was trying to.
She's proven that losing a baby would trigger him to attack someone that he wouldn't attack if the baby hadn't been lost.
He's shouted at clem and left her alone in a herd for killing a walker before.
She didn't think he'd go so far as to kill her, so she wasn't planning on clem seeing a murder.
It's not just 'to prove a point' - she thinks CLem is at risk with kenny, and the only way to stop that is to convicne her of how dangerous he is. She isn't doing it to prove a ponit, she's doing it because she thinks, however wrong she may be, that she's saving clem. That's good motivation.

And I say losing AJ was the last straw that streched Kenny's restraint towards Jane beyond the limit. And I also say she did indeed think that he'd go so far. She just thought her having a knife was a crucial advantage over him.

But episodes 2-4 is when the whole 'Kenny is god' 'urban urban boat boat' 'lets worsip his voice actor who doesn't want t be worshipped' phase happened. It wasn't conducive to discussion.
You DO know that whole "Church of Gavin" thing was meant to be a joke, right? I mean, just look at this video:
No, I'm not. I was here for all of season 2, and I know (from many people telling me themselves in PMs) that they didn't feel comfortable ex… morepressing any dislike of Kenny because they would be violently attacked here by a couple of posters.
The choice at the end of season 2 gave them the confidence to speak out, which they lacked before, which is why dislike ofKenny was around far more after episode 5.
But episodes 2-4 is when the whole 'Kenny is god' 'urban urban boat boat' 'lets worsip his voice actor who doesn't want t be worshipped' phase happened. It wasn't conducive to discussion.
I think it's more about caring for the right people.
It's obvious she does care about certain people, (e.g. Clementine) but what I meant about not caring about anyone is what most people believe that's her ideology.
My problem with Jane is that for a pragmatic survivor, she's not as cunning as she likes to think she is, and she ultimately causes more trouble and deaths just to make a point. She's ultimately responsible for risking the safety of the entire group, and indirectly causing Sarah's death, as well as endangering a baby's life just to prove a point that a clearly unstable man is...unstable.
She's the cause of Sarah's death in two paths, by encouraging Clementine to abandon a vulnerable and scared girl to the walkers, in a situation that Clementine, Jane, and Luke indirectly created by inadvertently luring them in the trailer while rescuing Sarah and Luke. She also ends up distracting Luke with the proposition of sex instead of letting him do his job as a scout, which ends up getting Sarah killed, and thus undoing all of your hard work in saving her the first time. In fact, had Sarah not noticed the walkers (which was Luke's job), the walkers would have surrounded the unwary group and likely have been killed.
She also robs Arvo at gun point and allows him to leave without either his medication or his gun, causing him to return with his group of Russian bandits. Had it not been for the twist that everyone on our side survived, Jane would have indirectly gotten many people killed in the crossfire due to robbing a dangerous individual. Infuriatingly, her actions are not brought to light, and Arvo never reveals to the group that she was responsible for the shootout as much as Arvo and his group was.
And then there's the plan she had to reveal Kenny's 'insanity' to Clementine, which ended up nearly getting either herself or Kenny killed, because she wanted to prove to Clementine that Kenny is a danger to be around with. The problem is that there was no need to do such a thing, just talk to Clementine and ask her one question: "Do you feel safe around Kenny, knowing that he's basically a ticking time bomb and could very well get us killed by not getting his already-out-of-control emotions under check?". Nope, let's just provoke him into exploding and trying to kill you by tricking him into thinking that the baby died under your care, except that the plan works too well and will end up getting you killed if your little friend doesn't think to shoot Kenny off of you to save your life.
For all that talk about Sarah, Nick, and Kenny being a liability, Jane definitely fits the term more than anyone in Season 2. Her pragmatism ends up causing more trouble than needed, and then she hypocritically goes against her ideals to indirectly create more trouble. She indrectly gets one person killed in both scenarios, nearly gets the whole group killed indirectly in both scenarios, and almost gets herself killed in both scenarios in the most stupidest way imaginable.

Nah, that's just Jane being a heroic wannabe.
You DO know that whole "Church of Gavin" thing was meant to be a joke, right? I mean, just look at this video:

Considering all the flak you've been giving ME lately, I'd say it was your turn to lighten up.
Finally, someone bringing up valid reasons to criticize Jane rather than blatant misinformation (“But Jane, like, only cares about herself & stuff!”)
Cheers. Took me a while to type all this down.
