TTG just got us highly hyped! All ratings out, news tomorrow! J.S talking bout the 5 minutes (not special but gets me excited!) and ttg updating all their social pix to michonne style!!
Really..its:
The first episode of a Telltale series only becomes free on occasion towards the end of a series, sometime before or after the Season Finale… more. The Episodes are never free upon release. With this being a mini series, I don't know if they will make the first episode of Michonne free upon completion of the Season since this is not a full length Season.
Well, almost all Episodes of The Walking Dead had that. 101 Carley/Doug and Shawn, 102 Mark, 103 Beatrice and Duck, 104 Ben (determinant) and Brie, 105 Ben (determinant) and Lee. 201 Omid and Christa, 202 Matthew(?), Walter, Carlos and Clementine (determinant Alvin & Nick). 203 Reggie, Carver, Carlos, Sarita (determinant Alvin). 204 Sarah, Nick (off screen), Arvo (kind of). 205 Arvo, Luke, Bonnie (determinant), Clementine.
Defenseless refers to the fact that they are not armed or able to fight back while in distress. It has happened in every Episode so far, in this case it probably refers to them executing (or generally hurting) the kid in the trailer, and possibly Michonne.
What bothers me the most is how the producers actually want to rub it in our face! Just put the flipping game out already and stop trying to ruin it for all of us!!
Why are people still getting excited over TWD games? Does no one remember the shambles of S2? I thought people would have lost interest in this game by now.
If you like getting hyped up over something that will ultimately disappoint you AGAIN, then go ahead.
I was excited for more TWD but I remember the disappointment of season 2, I doubt TWD will ever be as good as it once was since the writer/lead left Telltale.

Just because Season 2 was considered to be less than stellar to Season 1 by some doesn't mean that it tainted the series. There's a chance that the Michonne series will make up for Season 2's shortcomings.

Im actually more optimistic because of the games that came out after S2, which I didnt think was the disaster people make it out to be, I just didnt care for some elements of it. I feel like they have taken a lot of feedback snd improved on a lot and there's no reason why this couldnt be the best offering in the WD series to date.

No one likes a pessimist.

Ahead of its release, fans are invited to get an exclusive extended preview of the first episode of the series on Youtube.com/TelltaleGames this Sunday February 14th at 8:30pm EST / 5:30pm PST. The development team will introduce the series allowing fans to experience the first five minutes of the premiere episode, exploring Michonne's struggle to remain among the living while being haunted by her past.
To date, The Walking Dead: A Telltale Games Series has sold more than 50 million episodes worldwide, earning more than 100 Game of the Year awards from outlets including Metacritic, USA Today, Wired, Spike TV VGAs, Yahoo!, The Telegraph, Mashable, Polygon, Destructoid and GamesRadar, and was also the recipient of two BAFTA Video Games Awards for Best Story and Best Mobile Game.
The Walking Dead is set in the world of Robert Kirkman's award-winning comic book series and offers an emotionally-charged, tailored game experience where a player's actions and choices affect how their story plays out across the entire series.

I'm used to the industry taking a fat crap on the PS Vita but given that the previous Walking Dead games were on the handheld, I honestly expected this to be on it as well.

Violence towards defenseless people. I'm on edge right now.
In a way, walkers are defenseless, right?
I mean, they got teeth and arms, but we all have teeth and arms
In 0:28 of the teaser trailer for Episode 1 there's a guy held at gunpoint. Pretty sure it's connected to him.
Too bad the first episodes are never free on Steam.
This episode seems like it's gonna be a gruesome one right off the bat. Just how i like it.
Last time we got news that fast, I nearly lost consciousness..

Well, if you've been following Telltale's newer games after S2 you'd notice that they've learned from their mistake.
Because the recent games have been better and it seems Telltale learned from their mistakes.
