Didn't you know? Luke is actually a Merman and he intentionally faked his drowning so that Clementine wouldn't realize he was a Merman. He's no ordinary man, he's from a deeper other land...
So your evidence he's still alive is that originally Telltale had him surviving falling into the lake and then changed their mind and killed him? Okay....HE'S DEAD get over it. Seriously, this is stupider than Lee is alive.

What a group of armed Russian was doing in US? Most of them didn't speak english at all. Conclusion - they were newcomers. How did they travel?
Do you remember "Hunt for Red October" film"? Nuclear submarine escaped and made it to America. I think there was a submarine at the bottom of river., ep. 5. That's why Arvo led our group to that place. Expected help from his comrades. For some reason Russians didn't emerged but I think they could have saved Luke.

There was probably a previous script in which he survived. They decided not to go with it for some reason. In the final version of the game, he is inarguably dead.

It's pretty hard to gauge where he is mentally towards the end. After all of his main crew died, I honestly don't think he had much of a relationship with anyone left - yeah he fucked Jane but even he admitted that this was just to feel something other than misery rather than having serious feelings for her. After she left and came back, I doubt he had any trust towards her anyway. I can see him faking his death just to get away. The man himself said that the most important thing was family, and I don't think he had that or probably wasn't ever going to with the people left.
That shivering sound effect is actually used in game when he gets pulled down by the zombie. It's distorted due to being underwater, but it is most definitely the same sound file.

Ok but think about Kenny. They removed his death audio and made him survive. They can easily do the same for Luke. Key word "THINK"

But they're not going to edit the scene where you see Luke dead out either. So you're now saying that they can remove the audio of Luke surviving and so all we're left with is the death audio and that means he's alive?

Actually right now, I'm checking my inbox and see your comment mentioning me. To answer your question, I really, really, really, don't want to. While it's not entirely arduous work, I shouldn't have to make it in the first place. The reason I did it with Lee and Reuben was because it was getting way too out of control, with Luke, not only are there not really enough threads saying how he can be alive or how Telltale should bring him back, but it's really just this guy making a big deal about it. I shall refrain, for now.
