If you have to do that in order to justify writing these smut stories, that’s still fucked up and implies that you have thought about these underaged characters in a sexual manor, and that’s morally reprehensible. Remember Cluke guys, that pedophilic ship of Clem and Luke. Some legitimate supporters said “Don’t worry, we only ship an imaginary 18 year old Clem with Luke, so it makes it okay.” Again, no it doesn’t, she was 11 in Season 2, meaning that at some point in your thought process, you tried to sexualize an actual kid, but justified it to yourself that it was okay by making her older.
This is just me personally, but I don’t like to be on the side of pedophilia and child porn.
That does suck man. That's the dark thing about the internet, Users try to Rule 34 everything even if it is about children. I mean, I can see why they would make it but it doesn't make it right. The only thing you can do now for it is to take yourself away from it and keep looking at their relationship as you do now, or to let that garbage consume your soul. I didn't see those stories so I don't know what exactly they said; if they're really about actual porn stories of Clouis, then I obviously do despise it. However, if it's just nothing more than the plain idea of Clem and Louis having kids then I don't see anything wrong with it, considering that both of them are mature and the fact that 7 years into the apocalypse, where it's already a big challenge to find a living human, repopulating is one of the most important tasks when it comes to survival.

The author apparently had a Tumblr, deleted their account, and then days later, started posting the smut stories. It's not so much that it exists, I know it does and try to avoid it, it's when the fandom will actually start defending the grotesque stories that I question why I want to be a part of it. If a group that I seemingly want to belong to stands in direct opposition of my values and principles, why should I remain a part of that group? Not everyone is defending it, and those people I respect because they're calling it out for what it is.

Fanfiction in general though is a way to delve deeper into characters you love. Fanart is too. I absolutely love some of the fanart out there from Clouis and Violentine, it's adorable. I've been fortunate enough to not run into any trash fanart yet though, which I'm sure they are out there in abundance.

That I can agree with. But I have a feeling this was caused by an outside influence. I believe that Telltale did something with subtley putting in fanservice into this game. I've been trying to avoid talking about this, but Clementine's proportions have been odd compared to previous seasons. Even her eyes are wider than what we've seen before. All this shipping and romance doesn't help either, but it's dismissible. She can determinately interact with James in a way that can give off some odd vibes even though he was written off as a platonic character. And now, it has grown into a whole community of people who want more of it. It is sick, but it's a part of what Tellale has been trying to do to market their francise as much as they can. Even resorting to triggering viewers to have a lubicious interest in their characters to a certain extent. I can't rightly say if this is purposeful, but it's after effect seems to have shown. People are using these subtelties as their justification for how they see these characters and taking it a step further. It's fine if you don't see it this way, but I really want to give the person In charge of her current character design some questioning before I'm through with this discussion.

No clue. Writing in general has just gone downhill. Its probably easier to just pander to people who just eat up anything you give them, but that started falling apart because more and more people got sick of it and just left for good.
Final Season is alright, but lately it hasnt been that good. Interestingly enough apparently episode 1 was still pretty similar to the original story, which didnt have the garbage Delta raiders, meaning the game probably focused more on internal conflicts with the group. Which is probably why episode 1 was so good, there was no generic good guys vs the bad guy group thats badly developed.
Also I hate how theres like 0 revelations anymore. No cool twist or "o shit" moments when something you weren't expected was revealed. No stranger was the guy you stole food from. Characters returning being handled badly (Lilly being spoiled in trailers and her scene in general being pretty weak for reintroduction, this isnt so much a revelation but just an annoyance because it was done alot better with Kenny.) No boating being stolen. Nothing. All the really good stuff was in episode 1 like Marlon's reveal and all that. After that it goes back from the internal conflict and reveals inside the group to throw twist in, back to just boring "gotta fight da RAIDERZ gang!"
The only last twist or revelation they can do now is the Ranch and what happened. However I feel its not going to be anything that interesting.Considering the likelihood of another character returning is like 0.1% we cant really expect an older character to be involved with the ranch. There inst much they can do and I wont be surprised if its just "raiders attacked" or if the twist is something as boring as "The Delta was behind the attack all along!!!"

And now, it has grown into a whole community of people who want more of it. It is sick, but it's a part of what Tellale has been trying to do to market their francise as much as they can. Even resorting to triggering viewers to have a lubicious interest in their characters to a certain extent. I can't rightly say if this is purposeful, but it's after effect seems to have shown. People are using these subtelties as their justification for how they see these characters and taking it a step further. It's fine if you don't see it this way, but I really want to give the person In charge of her current character design some questioning before I'm through with this discussion.

Kinda sucks how a large chunk of whats left of Telltale fans are people who dont seem to actually care about the story and stuff like that. They just follow it for Clem and their weird fan fic stuff for her, they could careless about the game. In their eyes its perfect as long as Clem isnt killed.
(I really wont be surprised if they kill Clem even determinedly (and even in a good tasteful way that is handled super well) there'll suddenly be huge backlash of people suddenly calling Final Season the worst thing ever made, and therell be a ton of disgusting stuff other than just people writing their weird ass smut stories)

No clue. Writing in general has just gone downhill. Its probably easier to just pander to people who just eat up anything you give them, but that started falling apart because more and more people got sick of it and just left for good.
Final Season is alright, but lately it hasnt been that good. Interestingly enough apparently episode 1 was still pretty similar to the original story, which didnt have the garbage Delta raiders, meaning the game probably focused more on internal conflicts with the group. Which is probably why episode 1 was so good, there was no generic good guys vs the bad guy group thats badly developed.
Also I hate how theres like 0 revelations anymore. No cool twist or "o shit" moments when something you weren't expected was revealed. No stranger was the guy you stole food from. Characters returning being handled badly (Lilly being spoiled in trailers and her scene in general being pretty weak for reintroduction, this isnt so much a revelation but just an annoyance because it was done alot better with Kenny.) No boating being stolen. Nothing. All the really good stuff was in episode 1 like Marlon's reveal and all that. After that it goes back from the internal conflict and reveals inside the group to throw twist in, back to just boring "gotta fight da RAIDERZ gang!"
The only last twist or revelation they can do now is the Ranch and what happened. However I feel its not going to be anything that interesting.Considering the likelihood of another character returning is like 0.1% we cant really expect an older character to be involved with the ranch. There inst much they can do and I wont be surprised if its just "raiders attacked" or if the twist is something as boring as "The Delta was behind the attack all along!!!"
