Well recently anyway, because last year on Maundy Thursday (which is also today) I had a serious problem with my drains and as it was in the evening the estate agents that I rent from were closed until the following Tuesday. And today my oven decides it's time to stop working while I was trying to use it, which gave out a very loud bang that frightened the life out of me. And just like last year, this happened in the evening so I'm now without my oven until Tuesday. I wonder what'll happen next year...

Had an old DS Lite decal lurking around the living room we got from an old Nintendo magazine, (it was one we got as my little bro needed something to read on holiday last year).
I had not put it on before, as I didn't have Dragon Quest IX, but since I got it recently, and since Slimes are so freakin' awesome!, I just stuck it on my black DSL, (plus it will help me not pick it up accidentally since I have a black 3DS as well, so I may pick one up periphillaly).

Finding this book in the first place took me by surprise, since for some reason, I always had this image of him only writing about the South. It was sort of weird to be transported all of a sudden to France, of all places.
I forgot about that one. But still, whenever someone says Mark Twain, I always think about Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, and Ulysses S. Grant. And his gazillion short story satires.
Joan of Arc is a completely different type of story. According to the dust cover, he spent twelve years just researching for this book. That...is dedication.
I think TTG should do like Steam did with MI 2 SE (and other games proboly) where it has pre download thing. So when you pre order u can download it but it wont unlock till the deadline. That way if you have a slow connection you wont have to wait longer after counting down the seconds or hitting F5 to refresh till it shows up(like a man).
That doesn't really work when they don't upload the game until immediately after they finish it. It's kind of hard to pre-load a game without there being a game to pre-load yet.
I tell ya. My little bro is absolutely storming through Sonic adventure, (we bought him the Dreamcast collection because he freakin' loves the Dreamcast! (Who doesn't!? )).
He been playing for about an hour or so, and he's already on the 8th Sonic level (I think there is 9 right?)
At the rate he's going. He could easily complete the whole game in time for tea. (I doubt it though since the Big levels are stupidly hard and long-winded)
Its so suprising. I mean sure we've owned Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast and the Gamecube beforehand, but the way he literally knows EXACTLY how to beat each level, and there is zero hesitation on the overworld makes me wonder if he's recently watched a playthrough on Youtube, (he watches quite a few of those).

EDIT 4: Holy Cow! He managed to beat Egg Viper in one try. I remembered I had quite a bit of trouble with that boss.

But he does talk, though not all to well admittadely. (Still a bit caveman-ish)
He can read, and has excellent memory, but doesn't write well.
(Though he insists to write the shopping list (to make sure he gets what he wants! XD))
Can use a computer pretty well.
Always on Youtube, watching his favourite 80s and 90s cartoons.
Sometimes in French, or Spanish, or Dutch, or Chinese.... or Japanese....
(I think he does it to keep things fresh. I mean he watches the same episode of Hamtaro in English and Spanish at least once a day. Just makes me wonder what he'll move onto next...)
Collects pictures of DVD art and Video Art as well.
Likes to know all the relevant dates as well. (He can tell you when a show he likes was first aired, or when a specific video had been released ect)
Also has a penchant for old Pop as well. Likes to play the Backstreet Boys incredibly loud. (Especially the Chorus!!), at least once a day.
(sometimes I think he does it specifically to annoy us... XD)

As much as I despise most of Sonic's "friends" aside from Kunckles and Tails; I do actually like Big the Cat! Yes, his stages were awful and there was no reason for him to be in a Sonic game but he is a cat and I love all felines.

I have Asperger's Syndrome. It's similar to Autism, but it's not as severe. I can spell, read, write, and talk considerably well, but I have a hard time functioning in public. Why do you think I spend so much time on the computer?

I thought as such. (Don't take that as an insult. Your behaviour just matches up to it. In fact, when I was younger, some child psychologists I came into contact with (I was bullied quite a bit you see. I was the "fat kid". Being eccentric didn't help much either... ) thought I might have had Asperger's Syndrome as well.
And I will admit, I still am pretty weird , and I don't function brilliantly in public, but its mostly due to my sheltered upbringing and the bullying knocking my confidence and my trust in people.
I mean I do go out on occasion, but I typically don't go anywhere really, and I tend to stick to small, but fairly strong social groups (more a "family" type person).
When I do make friends, I am incredibly chatty and fun with them.
(If i were to express it with imagery. Imagine there being two different rooms seperated by a thick wooden door, thats stubborn and creaky. On the one side its warm, welcoming and has a TV with a Xbox 360 in there, (that side being the "real" me), on the other side the walls are pale, the floor is bare wooden planks, there is a reception wth a long queue of people filling in forms and waiting. Some pass through to the door, others are escorted away. Very few come in with passes that let them through the priority line (but they still have to push hard on that door to really be in))
