Oh I know, I was just referring to that being one of the "subtle" ways to tell your ending, rather than if you went alone with him alive, the hat being the game partially acknowledging how you got there.
That happens regardless if you get the Wellington/Stay ending. What I mean is, they seem to be hinting at them accounting for different ways… more you can reach the result of the same choice. Like, if Kenny can die via Clem shooting him or if Kenny can be left alone after the Season 2 ending, they seem to hint that they will be offering tailoring for those minor variations as opposed to having a black and white "Kenny is with you/Kenny is dead" effect on the story.
Interestingly enough, they seem to be hinting that the Season 2 endings will tailor the Season 3 story not just in terms of the five major e… morendings, but also the more subtle stuff in how you got to your five endings during the final scene (such as in which context a character may have died/been left alone/etc that led to the one of five endings you got)
As a rhetorical example on my part, they seem to be hinting that they will not just tailor the story only for whether or not a character is gone depending on your ending, but will also further tailor the story depending on different ways that a character could have died, which seems to be hinting that they will account for more than just the five big endings.
I tried to record the stream for people who missed but the lag was so bad it ruined most of the video but you can see the archive on Twitch which appears to be lag free.
Holy shit. Oh—my—God!
We are going to encounter Magna's past group a.k.a. Stephanie's unseen community, aren't we. That, or the unseen Oc… moreeanside. I am cool with either.
This would explain why the team at Telltale Games has been working closely with Skybound.
I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised with how much about Season 3 we are seeing in advance, which is pretty rare for the game's premiere to be so far off.
We already have a legitimate teaser trailer (that actually has specific hints at plot elements as opposed to being a generic teaser) and we even have some official screenshots.
So Im guessing Season 3 is going to have flashbacks with Clem and Javier, which seems to be Telltale's new thing (Small Batman Spoiler: Good ol IGN did a good job of spoiling Batman, confirmed flashbacks) it also could be a good way to show off people's different endings, like Clem's life in Wellington for example. However I really hope that if that is how they show off Kenny and Jane instead of having them in the present, they wont just "die" they could just get separated. Maybe Clem's main goal of Season 3 is to find Kenny/Jane or someone else if you were alone, and she meets up with Javier.
It's a good thing to see some screenshots and good info about clem, but I wanted to know a specific release date instead of guessing when the game will be released this fall

They don't often have release dates to give very far in advance. I would personally spitball a guess of late September or October but that's just my intuitive guess as a volunteer Moderator.

That was more then i was expecting considering there is still a while to wait until release, the episode is still in production and i don't think they will want to spoil too much ahead of time.
For a Telltale game, they actually showed us quite a lot. Most of the time, we only get vague discussions of the general premise of the story this far ahead of the game's premiere.
I'm guessing that too, I think it's gonna be in September or October cause they revealed too many things which means the game could be released in this time line

wat, i''m talking about this
Wow that's perfect but all i want is to see Kenny alive for some time I don't want to see him get killed from the first scene of the game
Well, they couldn't exactly show much.
That was actually more info than I thought. Best one hour and fifteen minutes of my life because I was too afraid to quit during the other stuff.

Hmm I guess, comic characters will just result in a dozen "Dey have plot armour" comments
"DLB" you rang?
I think he was talking about a non-cannon death, like duckapocalypse? I may be wrong.
I wonder if it involves a flare gun.
I thought the screenshots were pretty cool! We finally got to see AJ.
I had to leave for a while, anyone got a summary of all the new details?
Oh yeah, I saw you say you were Dont_Look_Back on the forums in the Twitch chat.
Check the main post

2-3 months isn't really that far off. Maybe they learned how bad it is to be secretive? or maybe they just got better at pumping out content.
I heard bleach is pretty good
Wow, if I didn't see this close up I wouldn't even notice her scar from the dog

Then holy water mixed with bleach.
Powerful stuff.

Well to be honest thats a normal thing to do before release, even for an indie company. Releasing stuff the day before isnt that great

What type was it? Spam chat? Anything else is usually fine
Listen to a calming song, that always clears the mind.
A favorite of mine is "Hotel California".
I was also accounting for the E3 teaser as well
For a normal company, yes, but for Telltale? This is new for them.
