Yeah, [WORD]-Phobia usually means you are scared of [WORD], but in this case, it also means aversion or discrimination towards gays. You can look up in the dictionary if you want to make sure. I would't be angry if you were irrationally scared of them, like with any normal phobia, because it's not something you can control. You can control your disagreement with the "gay agenda", anyways.
