She didn't deserve it but they were justified in kicking her out. They took her in and tried their best to help her & AJ and then Clem tried to steal from them. She had good reason but it was still wrong. As for taking AJ from her, as Lingard said he was in no condition to travel.

She really didn't. What's really confusing is why David wanted to take AJ away from Clem when he just said not 20 seconds ago that they should have left him out in the woods a week ago. This is such a bad-writing.
David and ANF were justified in their actions revolving around Clem. They did use supplies to treat AJ, and provide for Clem when they took them in. Lingard determined that further medication wouldn't make a difference in AJ's condition ( he was right ) and should be reserved as it could save someone else. The camp kept AJ comfortable, so even if he did pass on, he wouldn't suffer like he would've in the wilderness with Clem. It was what was in the best interest of AJ.
Clem's actions were a death sentence essentially for someone else, and in a way demonstrated she had no consideration for anyone else's life in a new frontier. This made her a danger to the community. It's very difficult to be altruistic when it's the ones that matter to you, but in this scenario ANF wasn't the bad guy. There are times in life when none of the choices are good, and someone has to decide which is the least terrible for all involved.
But the worst she backstabbed peoples and was a pathological liar.
I know. People over looked that she is the most evilest and cowardly person in the entire Walking Dead Universe.
And here is why: Remember those people that Bonnie survives with in the woods for months and knew for about a year, that helped her survive. I'm talking about the 400 days group. She has a preexisting relation with those people and went with the herd plan that she knows is going to kill all of them just because there wasn't security at Howes anymore. That's the worst you can get.
Like Chuck said in Season 1: you ain't a little girl, you ain't a boy or strong, you are just living.
The fact she is a 13-year old girl does not mean she has the limited right to endanger other peoples life in a fragile struggling community, trying to survive in an apocalyptic world.

Double backstabbing bitch.
And finally she did the same with Clem, leaving the little girl who helped her behind just to die and stealing the supplies.

Okay. Maybe Clem was kinda selfish for taking the meds, but to have had AJ taken away from her for it...THAT was WRONG. Even if that wasn't the case; one can, at the very least, UNDERSTAND why she did it. After losing both of her parents, what happened to Lee, everyone else, you'd think that Clementine had been through enough as it is.
I think that we, as the fans, have a certain bias to Clem that other characters do not. Everyone has a sad story. Jesus said it best, everyone has lost people.

She definetly deserved to be kicked out. As much as I love Clem, she put herself and AJ before the group that took them in and looked after them. I understand why she did it, AJ was the only conection to her old group she had left, and she was losing him, so she panicked, I get it. But It still was selfish of her and as a logical stand point, David had every reason to banish her from the community.
That being said, him taking AJ from her was a little unnecessary and kinda ridiculous in a narrative sense, as If TT was desperately trying to make David into this super evil asshole out of nowhere just so we could sympathise with Clem, even though she was the one who fucked up in the first place.
If you don't give him the injection, Ava and this guy in shades (Badger?) notice her in the tent as they walk by and the guy grabs her, causing her to break the syringe snatching away from him.
But he seemed to be a coward and chickened out to start a fight with David.
Was he being a coward or was he just being smart? It's n… moreot gonna do him much good to start a fight with the leader of the group apart from pointlessly get him kicked out as well. And I didn't get the impression that him and Clementine were best buddies or something. He's not gonna back her up to that extent lol.
As @Menotog said, I don't think David actually meant it like that and was more saying they should've left him in the woods since he caused Clementine to steal from them in the first place. Though his decision to take him away from Clementine was likely him being a authoritative dick, even if Lingard and Ava had legit points as to why she should just leave him with them.
She really didn't. What's really confusing is why David wanted to take AJ away from Clem when he just said not 20 seconds ago that they should have left him out in the woods a week ago. This is such a bad-writing.
I think that's the point. What the New Frontier are and what Clementine sees them as isn't necessarily one-for-one, as she went and got herself burned by them in a relatively personal way--of course she'd see them as bad people! She simply assumed the worst in general and held on to it for quite some time; it doesn't help that she showed herself to be a little impudent even back then.
The way Clementine was making the New Frontier sound, it seemed like it was almost worse than Crawford. I thought the flashback was going to… more be them feeding AJ to the walkers or something, but in reality they just kept him and kicked her out for stealing.
Even if that wasn't the case; one can, at the very least, UNDERSTAND why she did it. After losing both of her parents, what happened to Lee, everyone else, you'd think that Clementine had been through enough as it is.
That's actually something I expect[ed] to be relevant with Ava or maybe Max, actually. After all, if Clemetine was a member of the New Frontier for some time, you'd think she'd share her story with someone there.
Not that it would've/should've been a consideration in David's decision, but you get the point.
Okay. Maybe Clem was kinda selfish for taking the meds, but to have had AJ taken away from her for it...THAT was WRONG. I absolutely understand why she did it, and I understand why a lot of fans are upset at AJ being taken away from Clem. Clem was visibly upset, as was AJ as when people become upset babies/toddlers become insecure and cry also.
I don't agree that it was wrong. If it were about cruelty, or punishment, ANF would've let her take AJ with her or shot him in front of her. AJ would suffer with limited food/water, access to warmth, and aspirin. ( Though described as on death's door, ANF kept AJ very comfortable for his condition. He wasn't in any visible pain or lacking for anything. ) ANF kept AJ so that he wouldn't suffer, and Clem could also have her best chance at survival in spite of her lack of concern towards the men, women, and children there. If AJ wasn't going to make it, they were going to make it as painless as possible for him.
Clem has been through a lot. Hopefully, she'll have the opportunity to go through a lot more, because as long as that's the case... it means you're still alive.
Okay. Maybe Clem was kinda selfish for taking the meds, but to have had AJ taken away from her for it...THAT was WRONG. Who the fuck kicks out a 13 yo because of a single fuckup? David reacted less rediculous when he learned Badger murdered his daughter and shot his wife, oh and lets not forget about Joan who broke ALL the rules but then they lock you up instead. This season makes no sense at all.
All survivors had been through a lot.
They all lost parents, children, friends and lovers.
Because another survivor is 13-years old doesn't mean she has the right to endanger the lives of a whole community wich is already struggling.
Clem showed she was very selfish and cared less about a single life of any child, man or woman in the new frontier, the peoples who took her in and helped her.
Keeping AJ was the best choice. With Clem the toddler would have died as he was not able to travel in his condition.

I was under the impression that someone had told her what kind of medicine could help AJ in some capacity, since she has a note with the name of the medicine on
It didn't because he survives anyway.
If you google the medication, it had a much different goal.
Clem just stole a medication out of not… morehing, just hoping it saving AJ's life.
The wrong medication can kill your baby, wich Clem didn't know.
Anyway, I chose to steal it, because I like this drama and storyline.
We don't know someone told her.
Perhaps she stole this prescription or found somewhere.
This medication doesn't make sense at all in AJ's situation.
If the baby just had flu wich is a viral illness, this antibiotics wouldn't work at all.
Clem should have listened to dr. Lingard.
But in every Season she fuck up and caused trouble to other peoples lives.
I was under the impression that someone had told her what kind of medicine could help AJ in some capacity, since she has a note with the name of the medicine on
Yes she always lied since 400 days. Started with the love triangle with Dee and Leland behind Dee's back, lied to Leland determinantly, lied to dying Dee determinantly.
Lied in season 2 to Walter, lied to Clementine about Carver. She knew Carver was a monstruous person.
Becca can determinantly tell Bonnie she should know about people telling lies..
Left the 400 days group to die in a herd of zombies, the group she belonged to before she joined Carver's.
Finally left Clem to die and stole all of the supplies, before she was acting as a friend wich was a big lie.
This all makes Bonnie an opportunistic selfish liar.

Stealing from you is a bit different from a single fuckup. And Joan locked you up because David was one of the leaders ( presumably), and it's only until she decides what to do with you.

David knew he would have been blamed for losing control of his own men and losing his leadership if he didn't think with calm mind how to deal with Badger.
There is something strange about his reaction after he caught Clementine stealing. Like he wanted to distract peoples from seeing Lingard being very high.
And there is some unknown story between David and Clem before this happened, as he told the group he should have kicked her/ left her in the woods a week ago.
Let's not forget David is a threat to joan because he still control some military units in the new frontier wich can easily divide the community.
So Joan is not a dummy.
We can assume Clint and Joan has some history so he will always chose Joan's side above other's.
Dr. Lingard can't do anything because he knows Joan will tell everyone dr. Lingard is an addicted junkie who abused the community's medical supplies/pills for personal use.
This can led him to get kicked out or killed.
So his hands are 'tied'.

Good point.
But perhaps he was frightened.
In some manner Joan blackmailed him about his pills.
He didn't agree Joan raiding settlements, but after Joan mentioned about his pills, his hands got tied.
Or his personality lacks assertive skills.
But this is strange since they made Lingard one of the 4 leaders, so he must have some skills of leadership. I assume he is scared him abusing community pills will be revealed. This the case with David kicking out Clem and Joan raiding settlements wich he both didn't agree.
We see David yelled at Lingard not let the others see he is fucking high again..

I dont understand why those assholes insisted on taking AJ away from her. It's like they threw her out and clearly thought AJ was a waste of skin, so what was it to them? I think Clem did the right to spit David in the face. I would have done the same. They talk about wasting meds on an infant when their own fucking doctor is lying around high using their resources recreationally. Fuck that.
That said, I was surprised David didnt hit her or beat her up, like Carver did. She came at him pretty strongly, but he never crossed the line, which I think is a nice bit of character trait that's been established about him. He is not brutal, cruel and unreasonable (and hence not some lame comic book villain) and I like that. I like it when the "bad" guys also have redeeming qualities, which then makes just dismissing them as the baddies harder. I didnt think I would say this but I actually do like David.
Oh and she was stealing TO HELP SAVE A LIFE. Their own fucking doctor was using the meds TO GET HIGH, and he gets to stay and that is ok?
These people did not seem to care about AJ at all. Anyone who would deny meds to a dying infant based on the clearly wrong assumption that it is wasted anyway and anyone who would throw a KID out into the wild without any protection to be at the mercy of walkers, is not someone who cares about anything. These people are selfish bastards.

Comments
Clem never learns from her stupid shit.
The curse started after she decided to disobey Lee and ran away. This stunt of Clem got Lee killed.
Just reaffirming you get the joke right? xD

Lol yes.
But I guess she will get him killed anyway.
So you're saying that they were both right in their own ways?
I am sure AJ would have died if David did not take AJ away from Clem.
Clementine did it for the right reasons but what she did was still wrong, was what I was trying to say.
People sometimes go back on their words. And sometimes anger makes people say things that they don't mean.

Lmao.
I'd want her kicked out of my group. You can't trust people who steal from you.
Keeping AJ was random, though.
