I can believe kicking her out, it's a "your house your rules" type of thing. Clementine willingly broke the rules set forth, getting kicked … moreout is appropriate.
Taking AJ on the other hand makes no sense.
"Your baby is a lost cause, how dare you try to save him. Now leave and we'll keep him here and let him be a drain on our resources."
There was no reason for it, and David did it just out of spite.
No she didn't deserve being kicked out and AJ taken away from her.
Clem stole from the cabin group last season, in fact she stole more from them. They were not happy about it at all especially Carlos, but in the end he still helped her with her arm more, and they kept her around.
So David didn't have to do what he did, when the cabin group didn't do anything like that.
It's not like she's been stealing just for the hell of it, she did it the first time to save herself, and now to try to help AJ. What was she suppose to do, just sit around and wait for him to get more sick and die?
Granted, Sarah and determinately Alvin helped her with that because it was the right thing to do, but still. Plus, listening in on the house meeting in the kitchen has Carlos confirm to Luke and Alvin that it's very possible that keeping in the shed all night could also cause problems if she isn't bitten and they all start discussing letting her stay with them for a while with the intention of letting her out soon and keeping an eye on her.
And to be fair, David's group and situation is very different from the Cabin Group's, with harsher living conditions, strict rules/laws, and churlish membership, so it makes sense that they'd take far more effect to her actions, even if David was being too harsh.

Dr. Lingard seemed to be really worried about AJ.
He said AJ is in no condition to travel. He knew as a doctor.
For David I am not sure.… more
He was likely worried about the toddler.
He can determinantly tell Clem AJ will die, when Clem tries to get away with AJ.
Lingard may not have been getting high off of antibiotics, but he was using their meds to get high which is tantamount to stealing---which is the exact reason they kicked Clementine out of the group. So it's okay for Lingard to steal meds to get high, but Clem gets kicked out for stealing meds in order to save a child? b/c when Lingard and the others caught Clementine, it was pretty obvious that Lingard was high as a kite, but no one accused him of stealing or threatened to kick him out of the group. it's completely hypocritical.
He wasn't getting high off of antibiotics. The sorts of drugs he would be abusing would be more along the lines of :: Oxycontin, Xanax, Adde… morerall , Ritalin, Vicodin, Percocet , Valium, Ambien, Codeine, and Phenobarbital. ( Please do not take any of these drugs without consulting a doctor, and only as prescribed. Prescription drug abuse can lead to long term side effects, destroy your life, and kills people on a regular basis. No amount of curiosity, or thrill seeking is worth anything these can do to you or your family. )
This doesn't excuse his behavior, but it doesn't relate to the lack of the particular medications involved in this situation which would be in low supply at this stage of the outbreak. They would also be incredibly difficult to find, as most people who would be raiding pharmaceuticals for medical supplies would be after all of the antibiotics. Outside of a lab setting, they would also be difficult to reproduce. ( Seriousl… [view original content]
I think that they took AJ off clementine to actually save her and keep her alive. David probably did think that AJ would die and he knew that if AJ died in clementines arms, it would probably ruin her and maybe get her killed.
With the ambiguity of her not knowing AJs fate, it would still give her a reason to keep fighting and surviving in hopes of closure. When that does happen, she may react differently to what she would if AJ died in her arms.

Oh I guess this issue is harder to discuss, now...
Maybe they kept him because his was injected with "their" medicine? Just a guess, at this point.

Hmm... I guess you're right.

That's literally Ava's reason for going along with it, too.
I can't remember the conversation they had so i probably just repeated what they said didnt i.
Not really, but it was same basic gist.
