It occurs to me that the whole thing with LeChuck's evil being cured by him turning human was sort of bull in the first place. When he was still human in the first place, he committed plenty of atrocities. He got engaged to Minnie Goodsoup just so he could steal the diamond from her ring, sell it on Skull Island, buy a boat, and race to Dinky Island before Captain Marley could get there, and then, knowing full well what he was doing, he walked through the gates of Hell in order to obtain power. LeChuck's been an evil sack of SCUMM his entire life, undead or alive.

His evilness and power was supposed to be in the Pox, though. Human /= good.

He was evil before he was a ghost pirate though, right? I don't think Mini GoodSoup had a thing for the living undead at one time or another.

The fastest way to climb a tree and how much force and trajectory you need to hit a man walking 2 miles an hour with feces thrown against the wind.

now that I think of it that probably is the secret of monkey island... perhaps I should have used spoiler tags?

that has nothing to do with monkey island dude :D

Like I said, the evil, even though it started before he died, is in the Pox. Because he was free (and immune to) his own Pox, the human form he had now taken on was clear of evil. He still had the tendency and corruptibility to regain that evil, though.

Okay, I'll give it to you that this is possible, but I still feel that he was playing the long con the whole time.

Haven't you wondered what happened in the court for VooDoo lady and LeChuck while GuyBrush was feeding the Sponge?
What if it was because of Stan that he got interested in being evil again? He was LeChuck's defendant though...
Or VooDoo lady is evil and made him interested into voodoo stuff again while in court?

I cant believe Lechuck was lying about V.Lady, I don't think it was his Con from the begining... No, He was acting natural while he was good.

I personally liked the ending if V.Lady were the bad guy ... I mean gal all the time.
At least that could explain everything, but if LeChuck were Lying about V.Lady then there's no logic behind leChuck being evil .. just like the old times.I want a logical reason for all this, a LeChuck past story ... just like LOST :)

Voodoo Lady is innocent. Le Chuck set her up as she is always the one who tells Guybrush how to defeat Le Chuck. Without her or Guybrush Le Chuck is unstoppable.

apart from the unseen scene b4 tales where he lerns about the sword she has never told him how to beat LeChuck she lies about it and say she has but the closet was giving him the voodoo recipe to beat Largo witch he later used on LeChuck but he fiugered that out on his own

    Heh no. Not like this.
They would not have started making episode 1 unless they had a complete script of all the episodes.
Making a game season like this happen requires a lot of planning and logistics. They can't just make-it-up-as-they-go.

I guess, but it's still possible to include some twists here and there, based on feedback. I'm not entirely convinced the whole thing was written in July already and they just sat on it without any changes.

Nice cans... Err, I mean, conspiracies.

It's worth nothing that all the voodoo thing she has, she'd have killed Guybrush in an instant anyway.
