What is the Batman story where everyone thinks Bruce is dead and Knightwing/Dick Grayson takes over as Batman?
Batman 'died' in Final Crisis, and the subsequent comic series Battle for the Cowl told the story of who would become the new Batman. At the end of that, Dick Grayson became the new Batman, and continued to be in the series Batman and Robin.

Who battled for the title of Batman anyway? I hear it was Dick Grayson, Jason Todd and Tim Drake.
Does it matter since Batman came back anyways? And then they rebooted everything with New 52?
Gotta say, everything I'm hearing about Injustice: Gods Among Us seems to be setting up as something really bad going wrong(Batman saying "You push that button and 8 million people die!) and Superman going off the deep end, and Batman is leading the charge against the Man of Steel. Absolutely reeks of the Superman annual in the Armageddon 2001 series. Though as cool as that could be, I hope it proves to have some good twists in it as well
I just thought I'd post this here, seeing as it's a Batman thread. I've been doing a few short films with a good friend of mine over the years, and we decided to work together on a Batman fan film. We decided that showing Bruce in the suit would look really cheesy, so we opted for a Bruce Wayne story. Imagine if he was forced to face some of his greatest villains without any of his gadgets at his disposal? This is what we came up with, the first in a trilogy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61NkMTNTgrA
I was looking through some old video games of mine and I pulled out a copy of Batman: Vengeance. I sat down and played it, and I still fell like they did really well with it.
Aside from running out of handcuffs all the time, I enjoyed Vengeance quite a bit. Probably one of the best Batman games they ever made. Certainly the best one they made in full 3D.

I’m on a quest to buy every single Batman graphic novel ever written. So far, all I have is Long Halloween, Killing Joke, Year One, and Dark Knight Returns.

Please leave this thread before i make a Linkara reference!
Fixed.
Speaking of which, shouldn’t The Long Halloween be turned into an animated movie after they do Part 2 of The Dark Knight Returns?

I think you're thinking of Troika?

You are the log?
Even more so than the Arkham games?
I NEED this!
The hell is that supposed to mean?
Also anyone know if the Batman Beyond Hush book is good?
Nostalgia Critic reference because Batman said "I am the law!"
Egad, I have no interest in this aside from Michael Emerson as the Joker, and the very brief snippet in it didn't disappoint.
Oh my, he's in Part One? Guess I better go see Part One then.
Really? Robocop as an old Batman doesn't interest you?
He only has one line.
B...b...b...Batman. Darling. *evil grin*
I've seen quite a few of the DC Animated movies, and the only one that's disappointed me so far was Doomsday.
That and I HATED Batman's voice in Crisis on Two Earths. God, why on Earth couldn't they get Kevin Conroy?
He was. The rest of the cast was fine. But Batman's voice just didn't work that well.
I do find it funny that Gina Torres(Zoe from Firefly) was Superwoman, then went on to become Wonder Woman for DC Universe Online.
Nope. I loved it.
Of course not. In fact I agree
I think just the epic scale of the movie with the biggest stakes yet
And I think Bale steped up his game as Bruce/Batman in this. (not that he was bad before by any means). Also the action scenes where amazing!!
Hush in my opinion is one of the greatest ones.
