Well let me share wisdom from an artist such as myself... Art comes in every form, a simple line or letter is a form of art, game modeling is art. Art comes in all forms, even the human body is art by the way it's designed. Gunab is making art with Telltale's files to make new pieces, things that never happened, so it is indeed partly original, and as long as he doesn't share how to access files and mod them it's fine. Plus he never really modified them. All he did is use the models available and make use of them. So Gunab, is in fact, an artist for making scenes with the resources at his disposal.

Yeah he's already experienced Duck being born, and in the teaser for Episode 4 he is the one helping Rebecca up when she's going into labour
