The Hunger Games is basically where one girl and one boy between the ages 12-18 from 12 districts are selected at random and forced to participate in The Hunger Games: a televised event in which the participants, or "tributes" must fight to the death in an arena until one of them remains.

Personality: A very likable young girl. Caring, adventurous, soft spoken, strong, easily under estimated.She loves telling jokes and wants to see her family again. She hates talking to strangers and doesn't act like herself until she gets to know them. She's the youngest at 12 and has five older brothers, and one older sister who just became intelligible for the games because she turned 19.
Appearance: has two different colored eyes, big hazel and green (heterochromia), dark olive skin and thick brown hair tied up in a bun. 5'2. Biracial.
Weapon: Merona uses her size to her advantage, she's fast, can hide and because she looks so little and innocent and weak that no one wants to hurt her, but she's not. She even pretends to be weak during training. Coming from an agricultural background she knows how to hunt and uses a sickle (it's a weapon and a farming tool). But she has a major disadvantage in an actual combat fight she can't run from. She usually sneaks up before killing.

Personality: Kind and thoughtful, though he has trouble expressing and feelings. Sebastian is a kindhearted person, but knows all too well that he will have to kill people in the hungry games, therefor he hates the games, but he knows he has to participate and he doesn't take the "killing" personally, he understands that if someone were to kill him, they'll be just as scared or fearful about doing it as himself, but that doesn't apply to the crazy people.
Appearance: Short black hair and black skin, his hair is cut nicely and has thick stubble.
Weapon of choice: Whatever he can get his hands on - While he's not a master of any weapon, he's able to use any weapon relatively well.

Appearence: Medium cut dirty blonde hair, bright blue eyes, light skin.
Weapon: Luke is really skilled with tridents, he had trained with the, his entire life. He is also pretty skilled with fishing traps.
Backstory: Luke is from the richest part of District 4. But he is used living in rough areas, his family was from the low end of the District before his father got a major job upgrade. He misses living in dangerous areas..

Name: Atticus Lando
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Personality: Atticus is a very intelligent and charismatic young man. He is calm and friendly, always unfailingly polite and has a genuinely good heart. He is an intelligent observer who prefers to wait and think before acting and only strikes when the odds are indeed in his favour. Atticus hates needless violence and tries to show mercy when possible. He is quick to make friends, but remains wary around others, always expecting to get betrayed by other people. One of his main weaknesses is that even though he tries to prevent it, he is quick to genuinely like other people, especially when they are similarly intelligent and polite. He is also good at comforting others and is a great listener. Should he genuinely like someone, he has a hard time hurting this person and therefore he prefers to distance himself from others as soon as he starts genuinely liking them. In a conversation, he is friendly and funny, but also comes off as a smart-ass, often showing off his intelligence. He prefers to hide his true feelings, always appearing a bit aloof. Even when he is angry, he rarely shouts, instead he remains calm, preferring cold vengeance over rash violence. However, he is very quick to forgive people who angered him.
Appearance: Atticus is 6 feet tall and quite muscular. He has tanned skin, dark brown hair and brown eyes. His smile is very charming and his usual facial expression is a smirk. Despite being physically fit, he has a talent to blend into the scenery and is easily overlooked.
Weapon of choice: Atticus likes to fight with a bow of throwing knives, preferring to attack only when he has an advantage and likes ranged weapons. He also likes to use his intelligence by creating elaborate traps for other tributes.

Name: Flavia Preston
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Personality: Flavia is brave, fierce and temperamental. She is very snarky and appears to be selfish and ruthless, far more ruthless than she actually is. She is merciless when she needs to be, but also has a soft spot for weaker participants, as long as they are no threat to her. She tries to act as moral as possible in the games as long as it does not cost her too much and as long as she is dealing with weaker tributes, but would always put herself first when dealing with more dangerous tributes. She hates hurting people who are no danger to her but is extremely fierce when defending her life, showing no mercy and fighting extremely brutal when needed. When she is not fighting, she is snarky, likes to make friends with others and is not above friendly teasing. She tries to remain level-headed, but can get very angry, especially towards needlessly violent and cruel tributes. Flavia is very tough, but likes to appear even tougher than she really is and puts up a good act, never showing when she is afraid or sad. Even though she seems to be very annoyed when others get emotional, she is quick to care for others and is far less selfish than she appears to be, a fact which she carefully hides and fiercely denies.
Appearance: Flavia is 5'6 tall, with light red hair, blue eyes and pale, slightly freckled skin. She is very agile and fast, but also stronger than she looks. While she usually looks friendly and approaching, she is able to give other people very sharp and cold glares when she is angry
Weapon of choice: Flavia fights with a sword or long knives. She prefers close combat over ranged combat and is extremely quick, mercilessly efficient and brutal in a fight, always striking her opponents where it hurts the most.

Personality: Rain is a kindhearted and intelligent young girl. Everywhere she goes, everyone wants to be her friend due to her attractive looks and personality. She is a lovely girl to be around, and rarely ever snaps at someone in a mean way. Most of the time she enjoys being the center of attention, but she's okay with it if she isn't sometimes. She isn't the kind of person that thinks too highly of herself. She isn't into makeup and things like that like some other girls, she just naturally attracts people with her brightness and beauty. In the games, she is ready to do anything to get back home.ANYTHING
