Though I'd question why they decid… moreed the A-team was better off doing Guardians, instead of their flagship series. You know, TWD, that game everyone's been waiting two years for? The game that really put them on the map? The game that most of the people working on Guardians probably worked on in the past, and are most likely very familiar with?
Maybe they think putting the new blood on the heavily anticipated new season of their most popular series will provide a better learning experience for them. High-stakes.

Well, technically Telltale would be lying. Since they promised 1 to 1 /2 waits between episode. I like that they're taking their time, but, it's still technically lying to the fans. Again.
The sad thing is that I simply cannot bring myself to care about the "delay" (technically not a delay since we never had a date). I'm just n… moreot invested in this game at all. I feel reminded of 2014/2015 when I expected Tales to be a distraction from the much more anticipated (by me) GoT, and it turned out to be almost the other way around. The difference is that I liked both games and just thought Tales was better overall, whereas last year I expected Batman to be a distraction before TWD arrived, but instead it's a more extreme version of Tales/GoT: Batman is a lot better than ANF (even if we only judge by the first two episodes).

This delay might actually explain why we didn't get a 'coming soon' at the end of episode three. From the interview it sounds like Telltale really don't know what direction they want to take with season 3, and a 4 month wait is uncharacteristic for them at the moment. They might not even know what they want in episode 3. I'd put money on at least the episode slides changing when 3 comes out.

I actually prefer a longer wait for a longer/better Episode. There hasn't been a game of Telltale, that proves, that it's new Release shedule worked. Be it because of short episodes, technicle problems or just the overall quality of the story.

I refunded my game so I'm not being scammed. I'm watching gameplay now. So if I have to wait months for a good game play story then so be it.

All of Telltale's episodes before Walking Dead Season 1 were already monthly. Monthly episodes were not a new thing for Batman/Michonne/etc alone.
