Probably because the old thread was a mess.
I sent an email to support@telltalegames.com on 08 September, it was acquired as issue-35117 but I never had a response.

No they aren't. At this moment only TOMI is in my cart, but is there because I just added it.
to remind you (as i assume u have lots of mails and users):
my problem was about sam & max season 2 with the Great Adventure Bundle, initially issue-36830, wondering if it's possible for bundle-buyers to get downloadable mac version-wich would be REALLY great- or if not possible, the free mac dvd, for wich i was supposed to receive a code or something weeks ago.
You told me you put something in my cart but nothin there, tried to get it but price stays the same... so still don't know what to do.

I emailed the support department on Sunday 14/11 [issue-38075] regarding the fact that I can't unlock the games I've purchased using my account name and password. I'd be grateful if someone could get back to me soon, this is pretty frustrating... Hopefully I won't have to require manual unlock codes for every episode of Sam & Max series 2 & 3.

Fairly sure my spam filter isn't an issue here, I've received Telltale support emails in the past regarding another enquiry.

The service you use has a default filter.
You placed order [Removed Order ID] on Nov.9th and it included all 3 discs. Are you talking about something else?
I have checked the options but all the right choices to receive email have been made.
My issue was issue-37222. Somehow I missed the response as I did not see any in my spam box. So, I apologize.
I purchased the Sam and Max seasons 1-3 bundle. I hoped to obtain DVD versions of these seasons. The order number was [Removed Order ID] and I wondered if it was possible to pay the shipping and handling to receive the DVD versions of the three seasons.

I placed an order mid-September that hasn't shipped since something has been on backorder the whole time. I opened ticket issue-38189 last week, but haven't heard anything. I don't think anything got filtered into the spam folder at all.

I sent an email to support on 14/11 requesting unlock codes for Sam & Max seasons 2 & 3, as I can't unlock them using my email/password. I received a message from support on 23/11, in which I was asked a question regarding the email address under which I bought the games, to which I replied. Since then, I haven't heard anything. I appreciate that supplying unlock codes for two seasons may take some time, but it has been 12 days since my original message and I'm getting kinda frustrated that I've only been able to play one episode in the considerable amount of time since I bought the games.

I bought the Great adventure Bundle, and I'd like to get the fre Sam&Max season 2 DVD that was free with a code we were supposed to receive but never arrived. Last time somebody answered to my issue was in the old thread, and in this new one Amy said that requested DVD would appear in some hours... more than a week ago...
So, still waiting. Please do not tell me to check my spam folder, theres nothing there and I check it everyday just in case...

I sent an e-mail to support 25th November and got an automated reply with code issue-38563, but have not received any reply since then.
I would like you to remove two items from my order [Removed Order ID]:
Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition
Tales of Monkey Island Voodoo Card Set
Or cancel the whole order and then add the three Sam & Max DVDs to my cart again (I bought the S&M collection)
