I bought the digital game with Poker Night at the Inventory with the code. Then I ordered the DVD for free afterwards in a seperate transaction. That seemed to solve my problem.
now the deal of the day reverted back to the monkey island instead of W&G
the code does nothing for the DVD as stated but works fine for digi then buying the dvd
tried multiple machines in case it was a cache thing.. even tried not logging in
im soooo lost..
I bought it the way a few others did here hope its correct

Yes, I know. Telltale customer service is in general excellent in my experience! I'm just making sure that my issue is noticed. (Although it would probably have been noticed even if I hadn't posted here)
Well that's just great. Ordered the digital Version of W+G and the DVD with coupon and now everything is just GONE! That's some sort of deal. I was happy yesterday but this is just WRONG and now I am really annoyed!
I tried and it came up with the same 'UNLOCK_EMPTY' error code... It may be to do with my university's internet server, which restricts certain things, such as online connectivity for most games...
It took some time to generate all those codes but I finally got it. Sending you an email in a few, make sure to add support@telltalegames.com to your safe list!
If your question is related to your previous post, I'm not sure why you haven't received a reply yet, but just know that The Devil's Playhouse DVD is not shipping yet (and would therefore delay the shipping of any order or contest prize that it's a part of).

The initial answer was that international orders can take up to six weeks to reach you. But now that it's been over six weeks I just need to start a trace on the package. This can take 3-5 business days depending on how long it takes customs and the local post to get back to me. In the meantime if you have a local shipping center it would be a good idea to check with them as well.

I added the W&G digital edition to my cart and added the code that Telltale game us on another thread which made it completely free. Seeing as it didn't seem like I had to add anything else to my order I went ahead with the order and it gave me W&G for free in 'My Games'. I was overjoyed and then ordered the W&G DVD edition as well, which seemed to have free shipping and I also was charged only $0.00 for. I then downloaded the 1st episode to play and left the other 3 sitting in my games list. I then find the next day that they have all disappeared. I have read a similar thread about this problem, but is there any way that Telltale would understand my problem and return the four aforementioned games to my account? I am a regular and devoted Telltale user and I would happy to order something for this problem to be solved.

The USPS tracking status is basically a place holder. USPS picks up the package from us and then hands it off to global courier to deliver it to you. Due to the large amount of packages sent this way USPS only updates the tracking information in the event that we request a trace due to a lost or stolen package.
International orders can take up to six weeks to reach you.
If after six weeks you still have not received your order please let me know.

I dont mind doing it the right way but taking a game OFF my list and DVD collectors deal OFF when I cant redo it?
