i sent an email to support, regarding the fact that my shipment has been "sent" but the tracking link says they don't have the package (9 days ago ).
If it's an international package sent via USPS, the tracking number (which is only a delivery confirmation anyway) will not work and not get updated even after delivery.
International packages sent by Telltale can only be tracked if you picked FedEx, not USPS.
Finally, international delivery with USPS can take 6 to 8 weeks (but usually, transit time is more in the range of 2 to 3 weeks, except around Christmas time).
If it's a domestic (USA) package, the tracking number is STILL a delivery confirmation, but 9 days is getting a little long for transit time.
If I were you, I would give it a few more days (weeks if international), then post my ticket number in this thread.
I wrote to support one week ago because I received an incomplete order.
Regards.

I'm sorry about that. There should have been a note in there letting you know Steve has been on holiday and is signing the posters this week. Once we get them back from him we will FedEx it to you.
What email service provider are you using? I replied December 30, 2010 7:01 am. I've been trying to put in support tickets with various email providers to get us unblocked.
But we expect the book of grickle to ship out this coming week.
Hey Amy,
In that case thanks for the quick reply.
I use the e-mail service of my own website. @joopvandenbeucken.nl.
I don't know if it's any help, but I got my website from hosting2go.nl.
It's on server 95.
I'm really starting to think this must be some issue on Telltale's end. I've used 2 separate e-mail addresses (from different providers) to contact them with support issues in the past and never received any response on either. I find it difficult to believe that so many e-mail service providers would erroneously reject their messages.

It's not just us actually, we had the same issue when I worked at Garmin, Sunflower Cable and another digital content company.
But we are going to make sure it's not us this week. It's gotten really bad since Christmas.
I've gotten no response to issue-42266, normally I hear back very promptly when I've had to email in the past, but it seems my order is stuck in warehouse limbo for over a month now, so I'd really just like to know what's happening.

This one was completely my fault. I somehow marked it as complete even though the reply hadn't sent.
About my issue-40040 (I want the three S&M DVDs added to my cart):
You wrote that you created an order for me (nr 600091651578119)
Does that mean I now have an order waiting to ship (as soon as all DVDs are in stock)?
I can not see that order anywhere on telltales web-site.
And shouldn't I pay any shipping?
I emailed support on the 13th Jan (issue-42353) regarding the fact that I am unable to post to any to the telltale forums using my original telltale account "RainKing"
I've had to create a new account just to be able to post, but I'd like to be able to use my original telltale account (which all my purchases are linked to).
I'm guessing my RainKing account is not associated with the forum, however I see no option that allows me to fix this myself.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
I ordered Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse on 12/10/10. I have been wondering why I was never sent a DVD. In another post Macfly77 mentioned that it was possible I ordered just the downloadable version and now looking at my receipt it does not say specifically DVD. I meant to order the DVD, especially since at the time I qualified for free shipping. I did not realize that it was possible to order just the download only version at the time. Also next to where I clicked to purchase it said the DVD would ship as soon as the season was complete. This is for issue-41874.

Thanks for the reply, so I think I will get the book of grickle in my hands in around 1 month.
It looks like gmail has you also blocked since I have gmail.
There is not a way to download the game from Steam, but you can add it to your Stream library after installing the game to your computer.
From the main page of Steam select add a game from the lower left hand corner then select add a non-steam game. The game will now be accessible through Steam.
Shipping to Canada normally runs about $12, but can vary once you enter the exact address.

I'm sorry for the confusion. You did buy the full season of the game but never ordered the disc. If you buy a full season of games from The Telltale store, you have the option to get a Collector's DVD version at the end of the season for just the cost of shipping. Your order number serves as your coupon code to get this free disc.
Just add the disc to your cart, you should only be charged shipping.
Hey, according to the telltale website they were both shipped a few weeks ago, but the status of both shipments is "There is no record of this item. " according to the "track this item" link .
i have checked regularly on them over the last 2 and a half weeks, and mailed a querey on their status less then a week after no change to their "no record" status

Where were they shipped?
If it was going out of the USA, international packages sent by Telltale can only be tracked if you picked FedEx, not USPS.
All USPS provides is a delivery confirmation number which only works for domestic packages (and pretty much never gets recognized by the USPS website for international shipments).
International delivery with USPS can take 6 to 8 weeks (but is usually more like 2 to 4 weeks, except around Christmas time when USPS and most countries' postal services are swamped).
Never got any response to issue 41860 from January 4th -- which, in turn, was a follow-up to issue 41493 from December 29th, also unreplied to.
I check my spam folder regularly, to no avail. Also, if that helps, some other mails from Telltale (namely, confirmations about shipped orders as well as, obviously, info about support issue numbers I was given) did manage to go through during this time.

Hello,
The gift code was redeemed under pr(removed). When I log into that account I am able to download it.
But then it that kinda sucks that especially the first reply didn't reach me, or else why would I buy the exact same download for the exact same person the second time? (And for the same reason, I can't suspect the person in question of misleading me, cause, again, what would be the point for them? They must have been been convinced the transaction wasn't in fact finalized for whatever reason.) Is there nothing you can do? Remove the duplicate serial number from pr...'s account and refund, for just one example? I don't know, it seems obvious neither I nor the recipient had anything to gain from getting the same game twice.

It looks like gmail has you also blocked since I have gmail.
Received a response post on the forums from ms. Lukima on; 01/03/2011, asking if i had checked my spam. That an email had been sent on the 20th.
Responded back the same day saying I had checked but received no email back.
Since then I have heard nothing on the forum or via email.
While I am a patient person, and I do know that post Christmas is a busy time. It has however been a while since I received a response of any kind.
I have also noticed several problems with emails on this thread.
If a response to my original problem could be sent via Pm to me here On the site it might help things greatly.
If the response Has to be sent via email could you CC: more_then_meets_the_eye@hotmail.com, DevlishDolphin@gmail.com, and the original dolphinofyaoi@gmail.com ? so i have a greater chance to get it?
thank you.

If not I want the DVDs added to my cart.
That order was placed quite a while ago: 600091651578119, we are still waiting on the season one discs.
Can you make sure to add support@telltalegames.com to your contact list. But the overall answer is that we don't have updates planned for poker night.
Can you check it now?
We can't issue gift codes for items bought in a bundle but you can order the disc and gift it.
Now everything is fine! I could play and finish episode 1! Thanks!
issue-42642 - Order #600072328582149
Thanks.
I'll just go ahead and reship this today. I don't think it's been six weeks just yet but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
But I am still waiting on the customs number from our shipping company.
Cheers
David.
