He was on later in the episode too but when I saw him and heard his voice I knew it was Trevor right away and got so happy. He's till crazy about violence just like Trever in GTA.
I did enjoy Steven Ogg's (Trevor) performance for the 2 seconds he was in the episode. He's booked for Season 7 so it isn't for the sake of a shitty cameo.
You can't damn a good Episode for its stupid ending.
You most certainly can if it's the season finale.
The end is probably the most memorable part of an episode
AMC forced him, im convinced.
Everytime i look at everything it makes more sense. The entire Episode was building around it. The cast was… more horrified by it.
This was cut. And no i don't mean they shot the rest. I mean they cut it from the script.
Jeffrey Deán didn't know about the cliffhanger till he arrived on set. And even then he found out they made it a cliffhanger when it premiered.
Nothing adds up.
This was AMC executive bulls**t. Think about it. They knew that they could do this easily and if it did backfired who would blame them. Gimple and the rest are fall guys. This whole season has just been dumbass AMC executives pulling stunts because they WANT to cash in on the shows fans.
The only reason the showrunners are defending this is because if they say anything they get fired or just werent told.
This whole thing reeks of cover up. Tell me in what show are the actors told at the last minute what they MAY be doing and not told at all if thats it?
It makes sense. Why else would he promise next Season would 'make it up'. You can tell he had to come up with a last minute cover up. "This was the end of that story. The next story is a different story" does that sound like something he's passionate about or even than he likes?
Honestly though, what do you expect him to do? He can't sit back and agree with the audience saying it's a disappointment. He'd get fired and that's terrible PR for AMC, so I reckon he was forced to defend it.
The final scene was so Intense! But then that stupid cliffhanger ruined the moment. A better cliffhanger would have been how they did it in the comics, which was by showing the death and leaving the rest of the group to figure out what they are going to do now.

Did anyone else notice the new series that's starring one of the cast members that was advertised during the cliffhanger episode? That's why I know who I'm betting on to croak.
What I like -- it's intended to make the audience feel the dread and fear of the characters. They got their minutes of wondering who gets it and how they will fare with that knowledge (or pounded-in skull). The audience gets to continue feeling that dread and fear, wondering if their favorite is going to be leaving. It obviously has generated a ton of tension and intensity.
I don't follow the comic, but I heard about this scene within it. Will the show follow canon? My vote's on "no", but solely based on the advertising for a new series starring one of the cast members -- I'm banking on that one getting the long end of Lucille.

I liked the episode. Not gonna go in big details, its way too much too cover... I think they handled the cliffhanger well... It's gonna be h… moreard waiting 6 months, i hope i live that long, but when season 7 starts i'm gonna avoid EVERYTHING Twd related on the internet besides watching the episode... The fan community this season was fucking ridicuolus with their fucking ''leaking'' and other bad and negative stuff... btw. I absolutely loved that Morgan scene where he kills the old dude...
I thought that the scene overall was just really well done. I was literally scared and freaking out. The cliffhanger got me excited for things to come as well. But again you can't please everyone.
I like cliffhangers. I like to see fans theorize about who it will be, I like seeing the fans raging about it. I just find this whole thing to be an overreaction. Just do something else while you wait and you'll forget about the cliffhanger in a while.
I actually really liked this episode. Sure it sucked Negan didn't get 1 fuck, and it super sucks we don't know who it was. But overall as a 90 min episode, it was awesome, imo. Not really from the group's pov, but from the Saviors.
I really have to admit, ever since Dwight got burned, I am really loving his character. Which is hard to do considering at this time in the comic(issue 100) I absolutely hated his guts. But his "Hi, Daryl" BAM! "You'll be alright" was awesome; did not see that coming.
Then, that Last Day on Earth thing got to me. When Rick asked the Savior if he wants it to be his last day on earth, I laughed; a little with him, but more at him. As I really loved the balls he showed, and also I think if shit hit the fan, in that moment, the group could slay them no problem. But, in the back of my mind I'm thinking, "dude just get in the rv. Don't make shit worse on yourself." Then the Savior's speech, oof, gave me chills.
The roadblocks were awesome. The Saviors could've slayed the group at any one of those roadblocks. Not sure why Rick didn't think; "hey I killed a ton of their people, I've heard some bad things about them, why are they not attacking me?" But I think he was blinded by Maggie's dire need for help. The final roadblock was one of the mind. They were playing chess, and Rick looked like an infant, sucking on his toes. The look on Rick Grimes' face was the culmination of the show. I have never, ever, seen him so scared before.
Negan... They fucked his intro that is for sure. But not comparing it to the comic, it was pretty awesome. They definitely portrayed just how charismatic he can be. Then when it was Lucille's time, I caught a glimpse of his other side, in his eyes.(Jeffrey Dean Morgan is awesome)
As for #WhoIsIt, it doesn't really matter to me. Rick, Carl, Maggie, Eugene, Rosita, and Michonne aren't going to die, imo. Which leaves Glenn, Daryl, Abraham, and Sasha. I think my emotional reaction to one of these characters dying would be about the same.
I think it'll be Abraham, personally. But, as much as I don't want it to happen, I think it has to be Glenn. It's too important for Maggie's development. Also, I think inserting Enid as a Sophia like companion is important as well.
I like cliffhangers. I like to see fans theorize about who it will be, I like seeing the fans raging about it. I just find this whole thing … moreto be an overreaction. Just do something else while you wait and you'll forget about the cliffhanger in a while.
Good episode, Sh**y ending. Can't wait to see what was supposed to be a shocking moment spoiled months before the episode happens. How mad will you guys be if it was a minor character like Aaron that is killed xD.

It's the Glenn fake out all over again lol. You'd think the writers would learn by now. They can't keep crapping on fans like this.
Anyways I have this awful disgusting feeling that when we come back for season 7 we will have 3 episodes before we even get the death. 1 episode of just Morgan and Carol and like two of Negan background. That would make me mad it would be the governor arc all over again.
I'll be mad regardless
Minor character - No impact/No balls
Major character- Ruins send off for character/ Disservice to character
… moreEither way the pacing will be shot, tension greatly reduced and he aftermath will be so lacking as there will be more content a week later
Agreed. The cliffhanger was super shitty and made me mad, but I enjoyed the overall episode. The acting was phenomenal, the build up of the tension throughout the episode was amazing, Negan's entrance was epic. IMO it was a good episode. The last minute sucked big time, the rest was great.
But seriously, they need to stop with the cliffhangers. They serve no purpose and are just a cheap and lazy way out. I hope they stop with this BS in Season 7. It's pretty obvious the fans are fed up with it too.
But people don't care about them anymore. Nothing matter but this scene. And what you think about it defines you not only as a fan but as a … morehuman being. All the other Season's, the acting, the simbolism, the characters, the story all of it is now pointless. Only the cliffhanger matters now everything else is treated like it never happened.
Thats fine and more power to you for that. This season certainly has has had plenty of action and intense moments. My favourite episode this season may surprise some but would be Here's Not Here. It tied the loose ends of Morgan's story after the Clear episode which i liked. I feel as though there should be more stand alone episodes for some characters so that we can learn more about them and actually start to care about them the same way we do for the original cast members. Others may disagree with me here but it's something i'd love to see more of
The last two seasons have been my favorites. Every season is good in its way. I even thought the much maligned season two had some really go… moreod stuff in it.
The two many characters thing really cant be helped. Its not realistic to have them living in a vacuum where they never meet or take on new people. Its like Jesus said, their world has just been getting bigger and bigger all the time. The do th best they can to develop the characters, to which people complain that its filler. They really cant win.
I even thought the much maligned season two had some really good stuff in it.
its such a shame so many don't like this season and i totally get why but this was my fav because of general location, i liked the sense of a peaceful atmosphere for the group, it felt like a safe place for them to stay and i felt like we got a lot of character development between characters in this season compared to others. I think a lot of people just want to see zombies galore and it didn't happen much in season 2.

I just recently saw a theory of Abraham being the one to go which I'm 100% on board with. They really brought my attention with it, especially the last paragraph:
… which then leaves Abraham as the most likely victim. He would “take it like a champ”. He said goodbye to Eugene, spoke about his future (babies) with Sasha, had importance driving the van, and overall got a lot of screen time (note also that Michonne and Daryl did not - they barely featured in the episode).
Also, Kudos on the OP for making me realize Daryl and Maggie would of past out by now if it was either of those two.
My vote is on Abraham too. He did get a suspicious amount of screentime these last few episodes, I thought that too.
And then there's the thing that he is just as "due" as Glenn is, I mean, at this point in the comics he was dead already.
At this point I kinda hope it's him because I'm just way more attached to Glenn or Daryl.
I honestly don't think it's gonna be any of the women.
So, yeah, I'm on board with the Abraham theory.

They won't. Atleast not THIS type of cliffhanger. After the backlash this has gotten i doubt they will try it again. Hopefully they start only doing cliffhangers when the story needs to have them like they did before.

I'm nowhere near as hyped now. I'll take Game of Thrones instead please, HBO knows what they're doing.
He was on later in the episode too but when I saw him and heard his voice I knew it was Trevor right away and got so happy. He's till crazy about violence just like Trever in GTA.
God, I've been confusing Gimple and Nicotero for who knows how long…
Please don't kill me! I didn't know any better but I do now!
You most certainly can if it's the season finale.

No its ridiculous. Are you going to hate a Book for its last sentence? Hate a song for its last tune? Judge a poem by its last word?
You cannot condem an Episode for 20 seconds.
Someone is lying. The actors, writers and director have all said different things that contradict with each other.

I know man. But we can wait this out.
We can enjoy and/or make fun of Fear till then.

Thats not really a cliffhanger.
Im going to enjoy Fear. I like the show and I dont hate watch anything.
IMDB is one of the biggest inadvertent spoilers in the world. :-(
I actually found it anticlimactic. I think it was telegraphed too much.
I'm still loving Carol. She remains my favorite character of the set, and the one I give a shit about the most.
I thought that the scene overall was just really well done. I was literally scared and freaking out. The cliffhanger got me excited for things to come as well. But again you can't please everyone.

YAY! I'm so happy that you enjoy it. Most either hate it or find most episodes boring. I really hope it's a good Season for you too. .
OMG.... Im STILL NOT OVER THAT ONE!!!! AHHHHHH
Good episode, Sh**y ending. Can't wait to see what was supposed to be a shocking moment spoiled months before the episode happens. How mad will you guys be if it was a minor character like Aaron that is killed xD.
RIck and Carl are the only ones that can't die. The others are fair game.
Also screw Carl's hair. Get a freaking hair cut!

Half life 2 episode 2 ended on a cliffhanger, it has now been just over 8 years since it happened and there is no conclusion in sight

My first thing was to stand up and go "NO. no, no no. They did NOT just end it like that"
To quote family guy: Go to 0:50
I mean you dont you think that will be like a giant middle finger to them..
Well, truthfully they would have enjoyed the ride
I dunno, man. I think you'll piss alot of people off that way
Well at least it didn't cut to black mid-

I will say one thing positive. Jeffery Dean Morgan was amazing as Negan
From what I've heard, Chandler can't cut his hair for the sake of the show. Something about trying to cover up some of his eye.
Sorry bud </3
It's not the hair for me it's that hat. It looked cute when he was 10 now it looks so dumb
I found this IGN article kind of interesting, it has details from Season 7, comic spoilers are in there so bewarned.
