What the hell? That looks like a VHS tape. :P
...The same size is much shorter and fatter on this side of the ocean(nevermind the whole Nabisco thing).

What did I buy? A 3DS, because it's really cheap right now(like 150, including 2 games. Keep in mind our minimum wage is $9.75 and cost of living is higher) and I like technology.

Yeah, I just grabbed the first picture I found. The ones I bought actually look like this:

Also bought one of these, cause I haven't seen 'em in ages.

New "Special Edition" Silver 360 controller from Tesco.

Well not new, as in its just released, but new as in unopened and unused.

It was £40, but reduced to £26 since I used £10 in vouchers, and £4 discount (I work there don't forget! 10% Discount).

Very nice. My other controllers are pretty worn. I've been playing Tomb Raider 1 with it earlier. (I'm not playing it at the moment since I got mauled by a bear...)

I didn't realize the early Tomb Raider games had come out on the XBox. When was that? Or did you mean Legend?

Anniversary, a remake of the first one.

More of a reimagination. A lot of levels missing etc. And not nearly as good. QTE boss fights were awful.

I enjoyed it much more, but then I'm a modern gamer and the original Tomb Raider games have not aged well.

    Bzzt!

    Sorry you are wrong haha!

I guess you guys are forgetting I have a Wireless dongle for my PC! :D

Wireless 360 Controller + Wireless 360 controller Dongle + Xpadder = Can play pretty much everything

So I decided to map out a custom control scheme for Tomb Raider, and play it.
(I got Tomb Raider Triliogy from Good Old Games a while back! XD)

No not at all. But well the original Tomb aider was my first PC game. And I nearly got a heart attack when T-Rex came for me.

That's why I loved Tomb Raider Anniversary. It preserved a lot of that original 1997 feeling and I can still play it today while not feeling too nostalgic. But I see where your problems were with the QTE stuff.

My DSL modem was giving me problems, and my wireless router was 802.11g (instead of N, which is newer) so I bought a Wireless-N DSL gateway. Now I have one device where once I had two.

About £45 on PSP Games on PSN (bought via PS3)

Yep. Thats right, there is a massive Playstation Vita sale, which includes PSP games. ALL THE PSP GAMES I WANTED TO GET. (Barring Nippon Ichi stuff like Prinny and Disgeia (I'll wait for when those go on sale, well, if they do that is!))

    So what did I get:

    Tekken 6
    Soul Calibur - Broken Destiny
    Breath of Fire 3
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
Spectral Souls: Resurrection of the Ethereal Empires
    Generation of Chaos
    Aedis Eclipse: Generation of Chaos

If you don't have them by now, I heavily recommend the Persona games, and I hear Trails in the Sky is supposed to be fantastic too.

At £13ish, they are the cheapest they have ever been!
(I got Persona 2+3 when they were not on sale... :( )

Also Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. Get that. :D

And as for the last three on the list. They haven't got great reviews, but they might be worth a shot to me! :D
(The PSP seems to be heavily populated with strategy RPG games, so I am curious to play them and discover which is the best)

Discounting meals, the last things I bought were.

    Opeth - 'Ghost Reveries'
    Marillion - 'Brave'
Jethro Tull - 'Minstrel in the Gallery'
    Fleet Foxes - 'Helplessness Blues'
Electric Mary - 'Down to the Bone'
    Arcade Fire - 'Neon Bible'
    Nevermore - 'The Obsidian Conspiracy'
Eluveitie - 'Everything Remains (As It Never Was)'
Megadeth - 'Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?'

Also, 'L.A. Noire' (when it was on special), along with the DLC. Bought separately, of course, because it was over $6 cheaper that way, for some mysterious reason.
