Silence is golden. I usually respond to everything in the game conversations, but I'd be interested to know:
How many players respond to a dialogue option with silence?
Which are the top questions where players choose to say nothing?
"Hey, Lee. Ya'll well defended? Say hypothetically a bunch of cannibals were to attack. How easy would it be to take you down and eat you all?"
"My mom and brother are going to come kick your ass! You're in big trouble, Lee! Barring anything crazy, like if you killed both of them before this fight started. That didn't happen, did it Lee?"
"Yeah, Lee. I know I made a crazy decision in the meat locker. But we're still pals, right?"
In episode three can we have a conversation with Kenny that goes something like this
Kenny: Back in the meat locker why did you try to save Larry man?
A: He deserved a better death then that
B: I wanted to kill him myself
X: Everyone deserves a chance
Y: Lily didn't deserve to have her father killed in front of her
Did you guys get your states confused when putting the motel in EP 1?:p There is a Travelier Motel in Macon, MO with same layout and sign but not in Macon, GA

The wiki claims its source to be a "sneak peak" chapter of Road to Woodbury in the newer prints of Rise of the Governor.
I bought it on kindle and this was not included, but seems legit.
Hmm that would suck if her dad's not Larry. I think once the full novel comes out it will make more since. The name Everett makes it seem like it has to do with this game.
Devvies can you hear me? Can you feel me near you? Devvies can you see me?
Can I help to cheer you?
also has Kenny said what part of florida he's from? Because here in jacksonville we've got a lot of rednecks and it'd be dissappointing if it was Miami {like CSI and Dexter and any show that ever happens in Florida apparently} or Tampa.
Edit: Ahh i remember now he's from Fort Lauderdale. Once again the river city is denied it's day in the sun. One day maybe one day
I bought this game from the Xbox live marketplace. I tried playing it twice. Both times I made it to lee's pharmacy. But nothing ever saved. How do I save the game. Why do I play for 3 hours and still not have a saved game? Can someone please help me

The game saves itself, as far as I'm concerned. Does the game just reset back to the start every time you play?

No, we were looking for motel signage and liked the style of that sign a lot. It was a weird coincidence when I found out that it's in another Macon, though.

Take a look at the support forum, or support page. Or, write to support@telltalegames.com. The guys in this thread aren't the guys who answer tech support questions, I'm sorry!
Are you going to patch in support for Cloud Saving into the first season or add it as a feature in the second season? This is the type of game I do not want to worry about loosing my saves with, especially since you can't set story variables without (as far as I understand) without mucking around in the files for the game. I've already heard about lots of people who's saves got messed up or that they've lost them and really that's a killer, and it's a shame that the actual game itself isn't the problem.

I don't know the answer to that. I don't think cloud saves are planned right now. It's definitely something we'd like to do in the future as a company, but I have no idea if that would mean the functionality would be back-ported into existing games.

You're right. Lilly's father's name is Everett in the book. I suppose that disappointingly renders my question moot.
SooooOOoOOoooOOOOoooOOOooooooOOooOOo much for staying canon....
Is this going to be an ongoing issue? Will it actually be possible to stay canon with the comics?
You mean the lot of your questions that are not really questions but suggestions in bad disguise? Or the ones that are really questions, but the answer to which would be immediate Season spoilers? Or those questions that do not have an answer yet because future episodes are not yet finished?
Out of the presently 669 replies to this topic, you've posted 82 times, that is more than 2.5 times the amount of any other community member eager to ask questions here. Cool it a bit, will you?
Will my decisions in episode one carry over to the remaining episodes? for instance... when I explain to Clem in the very first scene with her that the zombie is "dead" it says "clem will remember that"... where does that come back into play? Or in episode 2 when it says "Danny is suspicious of you"...where does that come into play? what if they arent suspicious? are these just red herrings?
Well of course decisions will carry over into the next episode. But as the game records every single of your decisions (not only those with a "story notification"), it's a bit hard to tell which ones exactly will be seized on in future episodes. But I presume that those choices with a story notification have a higher probability of biting you in the ass one day. Yet of course not if the relevant character dies shortly after the story notification.
The community here hasn't got that much of an idea yet where Telltale is going with Clementine - i.e. what she will make out of Lee's "teachings" eventually. But rest assured: The decisions carry over, that is the core of this game's concept!!
so the one thing im afraid of is leaving any stone unturned...I want to experience practically all the alternative ways this game can go...how many games do you suggest I save (right now i have 2) in order to maximize my chances of witnessing every possible outcome?
Yeah I have a question, and I am sure its going to be asked a lot.. WHY is it taking so long for each episode to come out. Cause when I bought the season pass, I was told monthly.... Episode 2 was what.. 2 months late.. and now episode 3 is going on its second month. We all bought the pass (those of us that did), thinking one thing, and you as a company selling that product, should deliver on what people bought. Stop slacking ass. Yes I get the fact that it must be difficult to make a game with so many choices, and a game that can change so much from player to player.. but dont you think, and I would figure a company that makes video games would have this figured out already, but dont you figure before you release a game, and say every month, it should be done being made first? or at least have the first.. i dont know.. few episodes done being made?

Did you read Choose Your Own Adventures with each of your fingers marking 9 other branches you switched between too? Man, I'm such a completionist.
Most of the questions I've been asking in this thread have been pressing questions that a lot of people want answers to, yet they always get skipped. I'm going to give it another go.
Jake, and anyone else reading this thread, the million dollar question right now is:
Will we see Episode 3 in the next two weeks?
If not, please say why there is a delay, and how far off it is.
If you can't say for sure, tell us what you know (what phase of testing etc are you in/have you submitted to console developers/etc)
So vainamoinen, your telling people to stop asking questions in the forum that is for questions? What sort of bs is that!
Apparently all you do is complain.. Read his post.. He didn't say to stop asking questions, he said to cool it a bit. In other words: slow down. Also, I understand what he's saying because some of the questions if answered would be spoilerworthy.
Is there any more information that can be given to us, the customers, as to when the third episode will be available? Mid-August is very vague, I believe many of us would very much appreciate some common courtesy and honesty as to when we can play the next episode.
If you have a game in development for two or three years, you can set a fixed date maybe one, two or even three months before release. But at that time, the game is almost finished and the final, rather calculable stage is to press the game on discs and ship it to retailers.
Episodic gaming works differently. Actual precise release dates are not a possibility, judging from previous releases. In this case, it's about half a month to the projected time frame. That is one third of the total development time of episode 3!
The lack of a precise release date means no disrespect. It has always been like this. IIRC, one of the episode release dates in previous games was even announced one_day before the actual release. They might say they're on track, they might say the aim still is mid-August, but they can not give a precise release date two weeks before release (which in previous games was HALF of the development time).

In regards to Kenny's gunshot wound and Episode 3
Monty Python's Black Knight joke or Redneck Superman joke?
'shifty eyes'
explain ?
It's only a flesh wound
they said in another thread that they didn't. That android had too many different devices and hardware configurations.
So you're saying Android is the PC of the smartphone gaming world?

look on the support page.. common bug...
no idea why

Is Luis Luisa {the hispanic individual fighting zombies} a male, a female, or something else?
Will Vain find me a project if he doesn't want me posting so much?
