However I was wondering if anyone wants to create a character with Elemental properties to add on to the chaos. If I recall, we have one character that freezes.. If we can get another elemental or two that would be suffice.

Control over liquids COULD be considered a elemental in some cases, espicially since you are controlling water.
I also forgot to mention telepathic/psychokenisis. I don't have a preference regard elements, as long as if the power deal with, fire, earth, water, or wind manipulation. Those are some thing's I could use right now.

Backstory: Asita lived in India all her life until her parents sent her to America to study medicine. Initially her mother was very against the idea and wanted Asita to just marry a rich man, however her father believed in her and sent. Asita has been in America for a few years now and has learnt a lot of the language, however in stressful situation, she will flutter between English and Hindi, her native language.
Appearance: Long, dark brown, almost black hair. She has chocolate eyes and is quite small, around 5'6. She is slim and wears glasses. She traditionally wears a white lab coat.
Personality: Asita is very polite and quiet. She isn't very outgoing and prefers to increase her knowledge. She can get very nervous sometimes.

Backstory: Suomaf was raised in a rich family, he's ended up homeless in the streets after he's family were murder by facility, maybe, reduced him to buying illegal drugs using stolen money. With no training or practice, he's body would automatically absorb all nearby electricity and once fully charged, release all electrical around him self. Though he found no treatment for most of these problems, the drugs would sedate he's body enough that he could control he's outbursts of electrical power. Keeping her self regularly supplied proved impossible. During a robbery at shop mall he manage to kill them with an electric discharge, accidentally killed the innocent in process.

Backstory: Garrett was born in Buffalo, New York, and was soon swifted away with his parents as they moved to Virginia. He lived an average life as a child and teenager, eventually getting a college education where his powers first came about. At the college, he fell under hard times with his school and depression, taking to drinking. After a few friends convinced him to stop drinking, he brought his grades back up and got a job at a law firm. He was riding a bus to work one day, when a freak car accident occurred in front of the bus. He reacted quickly and was thrown into a scared fit, as he fell on to the person nearest to him and suddenly found himself lying on the grass, away from the accident. The person had apparently come along with him. Seeing the wreckage before him scared him, as cars had exploded and bodies were strewn about. This accident was later shown to be caused by a superhuman, and Garrett, finding himself guilty of being a superhuman, kept in hiding, dropping out of college. He found himself wanting to be a hero to show the people superhumans weren’t bad, and took to the streets. After finding two men trying to break inside a store, he tried to stop them but was beaten up and left in an alleyway. After this first attempt at heroism, he took on smaller crimes such as petty theft. He chased a shoplifter into a busy street, where he was struck and killed. After Garrett’s second failed heroism, he quit trying to be a hero.
Appearance: Garrett has black hair, at about a normal length. His build is that of the average joe's, although he is quite agile, and fast on his feet. He is clean-shaven, but grows stubble quickly. Normally he doesn't get a full beard or even mustache however. Garrett has a light scar on his arm, and his foot is tilted slightly from one of the criminal's kicks. This is more appearance wise rather than physically affecting him however.
Personality: Garrett is considered to be friendly, but he is a realist. He tends to get off-track at times, and is a bit of an introvert. His feelings can overtake his thinking at times, and he perceives people well. His realism doesn't escape him however, but he doesn't make well-organized plans and reacts more with quick-thinking and wit.
Superhuman Ability: Teleportation, and the ability to take one other person with him while teleporting.

Backstory: Orville "Sarge" Snorkel was born and raised in sweet home Alabama, when the Vietnam war started so was Orville one of the first to join(he was not good for anything else other then shoot cans behind his house). He became the platoon Sergeant over a group of soldiers that was nicknamed " War Pigs". They was the first to go in and the last to come out in the battles. All was good and well in the war, Orville succeed every mission that was handed to him. But the last mission that he got was to break in and break free a couple of prisoner. Everything went well until they opened the a cell that was supposed to contain a fellow soldier. But instead he got a explosion to the face, everyone in his platoon died except him. He was behind all of his men when to bomb went off, but the bomb took his left leg from him. He patched him self up and went in a blind rage and killed everyone that he saw in the compound. Even with only one leg and a knife, he still avoided the bullets that the enemy was shooting at him, but it was like he saw everything one minute before it happened. The rage continued until he found him self with dozen of dead men at his foot. He made the prison a fortresses that he held for many years, he became a legend among the soldiers of both sides as the Pig who killed anyone that he saw. But in the year 1975 when the war ended he was found by the US army, they escorted him home where he found nothing from his former life, his family had died, all of his friends died in the war. So he started drinking as much as he cloud and he picked fights with as many as he cloud. He worked on the side as a gun for hire, but after many years of violence and drinking he started to believe that he was still in the army, so a home for old soldiers took him in.
Appearance: Orville has grey hair and a small grey beard.He is still really tall and fit. He wears his old uniform as much as he can, other then that he wears a robe. His face is covered in scars and he dose not wear a prosthesis for his leg.
Personality: He is acts as he was still a Sergeant and wants everyone he interacts with to respond as if he was there leader. He works out daily as he was tough in boot camp. He still drinks heavily. He is really sweet and nice to ladies. He dose not take orders from anyone(except if they out rank him).
Superhuman Ability: He can react as if a second was two minutes and he is still as nimble and strong as he was in his youth. He can move around as fast and smooth like a gymnast with two legs.

So the entire first act will be mainly about how your characters tries to avoid the clutches of the Hunters before being ultimately caught. I'll do my best to keep it interesting. Backstory: He is a veteran of many conflicts in the middle east and eastern europe,he's also a skillful tactician,fighting in a war ever since he was 13 years old,many of his men are happy to fight under his command as he rarely lose battles,it's seems that in every battle most of the enemies heavy weapons to be malfunctioned which makes them to have lack of support and could turn the tide of battle to him and his men most of the time.
Appearance: Tall,fair skinned,grey eyes,black spikey hair,goatee beard with a short mustache,a sharp and thick eyebrows,black camo pants,green olive shirt,brown leather jacket,combat boots,half fingered black oakley glove,red scarf,also he wears an eyepatch only as fashion statement,since both of his eyes are still perfectly normal.

Another reminder, I'll be able to have a preview and hopefully several chapters out this week. However I was wondering if anyone wants to create a character with Elemental properties to add on to the chaos. If I recall, we have one character that freezes.. If we can get another elemental or two that would be suffice.

There is also mr.qualitys character who can control liquids (I feel so controlled btw), don't know if that counts as an elemental power.
I was thinking about giving my second character (currently writing her) either fire based powers or telekinesis, do you have any preference regarding that?
Control over liquids COULD be considered a elemental in some cases, espicially since you are controlling water.
I also forgot to mention telepathic/psychokenisis. I don't have a preference regard elements, as long as if the power deal with, fire, earth, water, or wind manipulation. Those are some thing's I could use right now.

Backstory: Asita lived in India all her life until her parents sent her to America to study medicine. Initially her mother was very against the idea and wanted Asita to just marry a rich man, however her father believed in her and sent. Asita has been in America for a few years now and has learnt a lot of the language, however in stressful situation, she will flutter between English and Hindi, her native language.
Appearance: Long, dark brown, almost black hair. She has chocolate eyes and is quite small, around 5'6. She is slim and wears glasses. She traditionally wears a white lab coat.
Personality: Asita is very polite and quiet. She isn't very outgoing and prefers to increase her knowledge. She can get very nervous sometimes.

Backstory: Suomaf was raised in a rich family, he's ended up homeless in the streets after he's family were murder by facility, maybe, reduced him to buying illegal drugs using stolen money. With no training or practice, he's body would automatically absorb all nearby electricity and once fully charged, release all electrical around him self. Though he found no treatment for most of these problems, the drugs would sedate he's body enough that he could control he's outbursts of electrical power. Keeping her self regularly supplied proved impossible. During a robbery at shop mall he manage to kill them with an electric discharge, accidentally killed the innocent in process.

Back story: Ryan grew up in a military family and as mandated by his father he joined the Marines. While he was away at war his best friend was blown up right in front of him. He fought through the night with an enemy he couldn't see. The rest of his unit were either dead or wounded. He was shot twice but survived. Reinforcements arrived soon afterwards, saving his life.
Appearance: Buzzed black hair, brown eyes, tall, muscular. A scar on his left check from where a bullet grazed him.
Personality: Doesn't talk much, just likes to get things done. He has PTSD from his service and suffers from sleep insomnia. He is stubborn, likes to do things his way, Tries to take charge of every situation. Quick thinking, fast to act.

Name: Garrett Riggs
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Occupation/Job before being captured: Originally worked in the mail room at a law firm.
Country of Origin: USA
Backstory: Garrett was born in Buffalo, New York, and was soon swifted away with his parents as they moved to Virginia. He lived an average life as a child and teenager, eventually getting a college education where his powers first came about. At the college, he fell under hard times with his school and depression, taking to drinking. After a few friends convinced him to stop drinking, he brought his grades back up and got a job at a law firm. He was riding a bus to work one day, when a freak car accident occurred in front of the bus. He reacted quickly and was thrown into a scared fit, as he fell on to the person nearest to him and suddenly found himself lying on the grass, away from the accident. The person had apparently come along with him. Seeing the wreckage before him scared him, as cars had exploded and bodies were strewn about. This accident was later shown to be caused by a superhuman, and Garrett, finding himself guilty of being a superhuman, kept in hiding, dropping out of college. He found himself wanting to be a hero to show the people superhumans weren’t bad, and took to the streets. After finding two men trying to break inside a store, he tried to stop them but was beaten up and left in an alleyway. After this first attempt at heroism, he took on smaller crimes such as petty theft. He chased a shoplifter into a busy street, where he was struck and killed. After Garrett’s second failed heroism, he quit trying to be a hero.
Appearance: Garrett has black hair, at about a normal length. His build is that of the average joe's, although he is quite agile, and fast on his feet. He is clean-shaven, but grows stubble quickly. Normally he doesn't get a full beard or even mustache however. Garrett has a light scar on his arm, and his foot is tilted slightly from one of the criminal's kicks. This is more appearance wise rather than physically affecting him however.
Personality: Garrett is considered to be friendly, but he is a realist. He tends to get off-track at times, and is a bit of an introvert. Backstory: Orville "Sarge" Snorkel was born and raised in sweet home Alabama, when the Vietnam war started so was Orville one of the first to join(he was not good for anything else other then shoot cans behind his house). He became the platoon Sergeant over a group of soldiers that was nicknamed " War Pigs". They was the first to go in and the last to come out in the battles. All was good and well in the war, Orville succeed every mission that was handed to him. But the last mission that he got was to break in and break free a couple of prisoner. Everything went well until they opened the a cell that was supposed to contain a fellow soldier. But instead he got a explosion to the face, everyone in his platoon died except him. He was behind all of his men when to bomb went off, but the bomb took his left leg from him. He patched him self up and went in a blind rage and killed everyone that he saw in the compound. Even with only one leg and a knife, he still avoided the bullets that the enemy was shooting at him, but it was like he saw everything one minute before it happened. The rage continued until he found him self with dozen of dead men at his foot. He made the prison a fortresses that he held for many years, he became a legend among the soldiers of both sides as the Pig who killed anyone that he saw. But in the year 1975 when the war ended he was found by the US army, they escorted him home where he found nothing from his former life, his family had died, all of his friends died in the war. So he started drinking as much as he cloud and he picked fights with as many as he cloud. He worked on the side as a gun for hire, but after many years of violence and drinking he started to believe that he was still in the army, so a home for old soldiers took him in.
Appearance: Orville has grey hair and a small grey beard.He is still really tall and fit. He wears his old uniform as much as he can, other then that he wears a robe. His face is covered in scars and he dose not wear a prosthesis for his leg.
Personality: He is acts as he was still a Sergeant and wants everyone he interacts with to respond as if he was there leader. He works out daily as he was tough in boot camp. He still drinks heavily. He is really sweet and nice to ladies. He dose not take orders from anyone(except if they out rank him).
Superhuman Ability: He can react as if a second was two minutes and he is still as nimble and strong as he was in his youth. He can move around as fast and smooth like a gymnast with two legs.

So this was just a recording of the story's main antagonist after capturing your characters. It takes place 3 day's before their capture. So the entire first act will be mainly about how your characters tries to avoid the clutches of the Hunters before being ultimately caught. I'll do my best to keep it interesting. Once I properly introduce your first characters, I will immediately create another dossier recording like I did with your initial char's, followed by how they were caught then close out the first act.
