Yes, Kenny does care a lot for Clem and AJ, and was right about Arvo. However, Jane does care about Clementine too. She comes back for her, saves her from drowning in the lake, and starts a fire for Clem to be warm. The only reason she didn't her to save Luke was because she might die too. My only problem with her is that she was willing to make Clem kill Kenny and put AJ in danger just to be with her.
This Zykelator guy has been here for less than a month and he's already infamous for his overtly belligerent and obdurate nature. Boy, must he be proud!
Well i define the best option as the one which increases your chances of survival the most. So if the question was "which decision will most likely increase your chances to stay alive", the "best" answer would be going with Jane.

so instead of spouting off "mindless BS" and runing this debate Zyke. Please explain to me why rational people can only have the priority of increasing your own survival? what about the survival of others? Like a helpless baby? Also please counter my argument that Kenny is more likely to fight and die to protect you whereas Jane will abandon you if its too risky like she did to Sarah twice and Luke. How does that increase your survival?
I eagerly await your intelligent and rational response

Yeah I got to say if I could send 50 likes to you at once I would. Said everything I thought about the whole Jane/Kenny situation. It's as though Tell-Tale needed a deception element and used Jane as the deceiver in the game to trick players into making the not so great ultimate choice of this game's season and if you choose the pretty much worse choice of the 3 you get a kind of a lame, weird crappish ending with Jane and that weirdo family whom look every bit of suspicious.
Kind of like Jesus and Satan-(which means the deceiver). If you choose Kenny/Christ you get to the heavenly gates of Wellington and if You choose Jane/Devil. You get the hellishly unsatisfying ending by going back to the hell hole you suffered at by the hands of the tryannical Carver which I'm sure has plenty of bad memories and to be stuck alone with the baby, the lone wolf ditching Jane and an odd ball Man woman and kid who might eventually try to takeover or kill you when your back is turned since they actually out number you and Jane since the baby doesn't count as it is defenseless (especially if you turned them away when they requested to come in). And with Clem alone with the baby is kind of like purgatory ending I suppose. Just in limbo with an unsure and bleak fate for both Clem and AJ.
I mean Clem could barely take care of herself in episode 1 when that dog bit the shit out of her arm and she almost died by walkers soon after and could have died again if she stayed in the shed all night to get a fatal infection. Imagine that or a similar scenario with a baby in her arms attempting to care for the best she can. Both endings aside from the Kenny/Wellington ending Clementine's fate feels to kind of been sealed in a negatively doomish way. Like a Tales from the Crypt type ending where the characters fate never turns out good and their actions always backfire on them costing their lives.
By the way speaking of that, I think Tell-Tale could create a decent Tales from the Crypt adaptation with the Crypt-keeper in it. If they could find John Kassir and pay him enough for his voice like they did Micheal Madsen. Or maybe make a game similar to this TV series, it sounds to be right up their alley in taste and especially with how well they handled the Walking Dead and Wolf.
That's where you should be corrected. Philosophy is individually defined, There's no collective consciousness when it comes to that part. Every ending served its own purpose very well. Even Loner Clem.
Kenny predict that everyone is untrustworthy and look for themselves, Kenny himself breaks the group apart acting like a dominant violent dictator. Well i don´t think he deserves too much credit for this one, Jane deserves more for saying since S2E4 that Kenny would fuck everything up in the group´s harmony.
1) and others will tell you if you give terrorists what they want you get more terrorism. Granted this wasnt Kenny's smartest move but i give him credit for wanting to fight to protect his people. The blame for Walters death is squarely on Carvers shoulders where it should be.
2) Again I will admit that when Kenny was fired up he had tunnel vision that impaired his decision making. At least he wanted to escape everybody else seemed to content to be Carver's sheep, even after they were living at his camp for a while.
3) Not that big a deal considering he didn't believe somebody who had a group of armed thugs attack them.
Since I admit Kennys faults in my initial post I obviously didnt mean for you to take my Topic Title that stupidly literal. I just meant he was right about everyone in the group, and the what the best plan was for Clem and AJ.
Things Kenny got wrong:
* You don't shoot at hostage takers when they outnumber and outgun you. See: Walter getting executed.
* If you… more're restrained in the back of a truck being driven by armed guards to a place with more armed guards removing your restraints with the intent of attacking them is incredibly stupid. See: 1.
* Kenny was wrong about the supplies.
You have a strange definition for "right about everything."
For the record, Luke was right about Mike, too. And to think most people went off on him when he said that.
Luke was right about a lot of people , he shouldn't of sexed up jane, he had more important things to do. What a good guy, i mean he faced his biggest fear to save Clem's life.
Nah, I know. I'm the same way when discussing Kenny.
It's just that, like you said, he happened to be right about most of these people.
… more This obviously depends on how you see it, though. Some people will say that Jane wasn't selfish and that Arvo was just scared. In my opinion, he was spot on 85% of the time.
For the record, Luke was right about Mike, too. And to think most people went off on him when he said that.
Honestly, I didn't like him through the first four episodes.
You want me to be honest? I wished the worse on the guy for quite a while. I felt like Telltale was pushing him down my throat. Then, EP. 5 came. Want to know something? I cried like a beaten whore when he drowned saving Clementine. I came to appreciate some of these people once they were gone.

Guys, guys! I've just realised something! Kenny is right about everything after all! And his wisdom and experiences have taught us all so much!:
Cancer patients are backstabbing traitors! Don't trust anyone with any kind of illness!
Finding a boat to the sea without supplies is a brilliant plan that will never backfire in absolutely no way whatsoever!
Teenager boys are the devil who will get your family killed!
Black people are 'urbans' who can pick locks no matter what they say!
Calling Russians 'Eurotrash' and 'Russkies' are acceptable!
We don't speak English, we speak American! How on Earth did we get that wrong the whole time?
If people don't agree with your plans, it's okay to abandon them when they need your help in life-or-death scenarios, they're not your friends if they dare to have an opinion of their own!
Thinking is overrated, lets go with our emotions and beat our way through!
Eye infection? Pfeh! Doctors don't know what the hell they're talking about! Tis but a scratch.
Blame everyone for my own mistakes! They just don't understand me!
(...yes, I'm being sarcastic. But look on the bright side, we'll get a chuckle or two out of this.)
I always liked Luke, but i wasn't sure how much i could rely on him, he was a little flaky at times, but he did good by the end. I don't understand why Clementine didn't swim back and help Luke, she looked at him and swam away. I had the "really, this is how he is going to go?"

"He was a hell of a guy."
He got lucky with Wellington. He was a far cry from right about everyone but you look at him with rose colored lenses if you like.
Point number one - Kenny is partially to blame for Walter being executed. There's a difference between 'giving the terrorists what they want' and recognizing that you've lost. His protection did the exact opposite of what he intended - common sense would have told him that before anyone died.
Point number two - They weren't there more than a couple days and they had escaped before. Like Kenny you're mistaking their patience for capitulation. His impulsiveness would likely have ended in him getting himself killed along with several of the people in the truck. It's a good thing he was knocked unconscious. Kenny was so fired up to get out he didn't stop to plan the escape properly.

Well first of all, taking care of a baby in za is exremely stupid, considering that you have to keep finding food for it, it WILL cry no matter what sometimes and cause walkers to go after you, plus if you have less mobility if no matter how you keep the baby with you. Covering yourself in walker guts and blood protects you from a horde, but if the baby start crying, you are pretty much dead. Because of those reasons, most logical and rational decision would be to leave/kill the baby.
Well first of all, just like how Kenny only cares about Clem & Aj and doesnt care about other people and is willing to let them die, the same goes for Jane, except that she only cares about Clementine. Kenny however makes way more reckless decisions and puts Clementine at risk. Kenny makes many hasty and stupid decisions which get people hurt/killed. He has anger issues also.

Ryudi, if Kenny wanted to get Clem and AJ to Wellington, which the ending proves is the best thing for them, And people get mad because they dont want to go there that just means they have different priorities. The group should split up if the only one that cares about AJ and Clem having safety is Kenny. But what is messed up is that they dont just split up they steal all the supplies and shoot clem on the way out. Mike and Bonnie are villians in my book. Kenny didnt break up the group he was just saying I fixed the car and im taking it to wellington. They are the ones who were weasels and bailed with the their former attacker.

I didn't feel like I had enough reasons to really love Luke until that conversation in EP. 5. He relly grew up on me. Also, "Thanks, Clem. I'd do the same."
Him saving Clem was just the final piece of the puzzle. I can now safely say that I'm glad to have met Luke.

so everybody in a zombie apocalypse should abandon babies. That leads to extinction! yeah that's rational. Not to mention that fact that AJ made it to wellington and safety (no thanks to Jane who wants to murder babies like you) proves your entire argument of babies should be left/killed wrong. I love how i hear that your calling Kenny a murderer in other posts, yet you think its fine to "leave/kill" the baby. Yeah thats not murder right? Your debating skills are seriously lacking if thats the best you get. I declare you the loser.

By default, survival is main priority of every living thing in this planet, like it or not. Sure you can adapt to different worldviews and set personal goals for life.
But in case of za, eventually you have to let go of your humanity, or you will end up dead.

agreed on both points. I admit Kenny was not perfect and he was definitely reckless with how he tried to protect those he loved. All im saying is that didnt make me want shoot him over selfish Jane. I dont know if you realized this, but human race has pretty much disappeared already in the walking dead universe and will most likely go extinct. Keeping a baby alive would be ok, if you were originally in place like Wellington. However, when you had the baby, you didnt have any factual evidence about the existance of Wellington, only stories, so picking Kenny instead of Jane was already irrational decision (taking account all the facts you knew at that current moment).
I call Kenny murderer, because Kenny fans deny him being one. And i rather go with murderer, who has logical/rational reason to kill someone, instead of Kenny, who just kills people because he is angry.
You dont seem to debate much, since you declare others losers, before they even reply back at you.

Seems like im the only one who understands whats the most logical/rational decision, when the priority is your own survival.
Your problem is not your opinion, It's how you portray is as the best answer.
One of the greatest achievement in my life.

Funny, cause' you didn't seem that rebellious against me yesterday.
Unreasonable fear i'd say.
I PREFER THIS ENDING:
Stay with Kenny and Leave Wellington in The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 5 - No Going Back
BECAUSE,
I honestly don't see Kenny getting out of this alive. He's just one of those characters who will be with you, almost to the end.
HE'S JUST ONE OF THOSE CHARACTERS WHO WILL BE WITH YOU, ALMOST TO THE END!
FOREVER KENNY AND CLEMENTINE.
I LOVE KENNY.
Funny how liking Kenny is delusional behaviour.
Well you havent shown any signs of delusional behaviour and you can debate properly.

Your analysis is far too black and white. The Walking Dead intentionally creates morally grey characters and scentarios.
