    Hi,

    could you please re-check "issue-41205" I still haven't got any reply or lost it.

    I cannot unlock the "Back to the future" game. It isn't listed under the list of serial numbers in the my-purchases page. Also the order confirmation email (OrderID: 600076025219808) contains no serial.

    since I have not received any further replies to my issue after getting the initial "Your Telltale support issue has been received" mail on december 15th, could you please check into issue-39974 and tell me via mail or on this forum what went wrong?
    I checked my spam folder, the reply did not get classified as spam.

    Did, I'm afraid. Checked my trash, and used gmail's search feature as well. The only emails i have from telltale are. The registration letter, the original game receipt, the support bounce back, and three adverts (all the same) on the 23rd for the new game.

    Hi Amy, I'm still waiting for a response to my email sent on the 9th of December [issue-39616]. The issue is with the manual unlock codes I was sent a while ago, two of them don't work. Please let me know if I should resend the relevant email.

    Issue - 41892

    This was initially a manual unlock request, which Amy replied to with my unlock code for BTTF Ep01 - but I replied back regarding the 'UNLOCK' button not working for me in the launcher (also posted a thread in the support area of the forum), but I've not had a reply regarding this problem, just my unlock request re-sent to me.

    It's been over a week since I posted the issue-41880 ticket and over a month since I placed the order. How old does the ticket need to be to get answered or the order to be fulfilled?

    What email service provider are you using? I replied December 30, 2010 7:01 am. I've been trying to put in support tickets with various email providers to get us unblocked.

    But we expect the book of grickle to ship out this coming week.

    Steve was not in for the Holiday Season to sign prints. You actually should have received an unsigned one for the meantime. You can't seem to be able to receive support emails.

    Seems the "almost" is unnecessary in my case, that's ridiculous on their part.
