Did, I'm afraid. Checked my trash, and used gmail's search feature as well. The only emails i have from telltale are. The registration letter, the original game receipt, the support bounce back, and three adverts (all the same) on the 23rd for the new game.

This is a question as to why the signed Monkey Island print has not been shipped when it was ordered on Dec7 and there was no indication of it being on backorder.
It's been over a week since I posted the issue-41880 ticket and over a month since I placed the order. How old does the ticket need to be to get answered or the order to be fulfilled?
I haven't heard back on issue 41931. I tried calling - no response either. Please contact me ASAP. I'm ready to call my bank to cancel the payment if I don't hear back soon.
