Today I have received The Deluxe Edition and the voodoo tarot set. What can I say... They are simply awesome!!!!
The chest is very cool, and the gifts have very good quality: the map printed on real cottom fabric, the metal coin, the coaster, the button... And the Steve Purcell cover is outstanding.
The Voodoo card set is very beautiful too, I love the images of the cards.
Yesterday TellTale were good enough to email me to say that yesterday they had shipped my Deluxe Monkey 5 ordered March 18th.
I look forward to receiving it/sticking it on new whizzo 64 bit PC in UK (it was nice yesterday to find out how to install - so they run on 64 bit - Win 7 Monkey 3 and 4).
I spent rather a lot of money on my order  both me and my brother are HUGE fans so I pretty much ordered 2 of everything guess thats why I got stung with customs!
How much did you end up paying in customs?
Also, my status on the USPS website is still "Electronic Shipping Info Received" after 10 days. Is that supposed to change?
£9.92 to HMR&C and £8.00 to parcel force as a handling fee .... Dont get me started on the handling fee!
The parcel arrived today and luckily Parcelforce didnt charge me for a sat delivery! I'm sat here wearing my new t-shirt drinking out of me grog mug, looking at my shiny deluxe package ... I'm a lucky, Lucky gal
Just wondering if any UK peeps have received theirs yet and the approx shipping time for the UK? My package shipped on the 5th but still no piratey goodness dropping through my letterbox.
I'm out a lot in the day and I really don't want to miss the arrival.

Mines been in the postal systems for twelve days now.
Customs fees are waived if the amount payable is less than £9.00 - I've no idea how they work out what is payable. Internet purchases stand out as they'll have the label of the company. You can £36.00 relief I think.
Mine arrived last week, standard post, took about a week.
When I click on tracking I get this on the USPS site:
Class: First-Class Mail International
Service(s): International Letter
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 30, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.
Is that accurate? It sounds like my ToMI disc is sitting at the originating post office doing... well nothing
Anyone know who I might be able to contact for more detailed info?
The package will be shipping to South Africa if that helps...
Monkey Island treasure chest has arrived in Greece as well!
Cool. I'm from Greece as well! I ordered mine on April 4 and I got the e-mail saying it shipped on July 9. I guess I'm going to have to wait a few more weeks.

Mine was shipped on June 29 so i guess you will have to wait a couple of weeks.
Did everyones parcels arrive by post, or by man in van?
Depends how it was shipped. Checking your tracking number in your games... Mine has a tracking # with FedEx... So mine will be delivered by a man in a van (that sounds a bit creepy lol). If you have a USPS tracking #, then it'll be in the good ol' post.
Of course, I can't be totally sure about this with international orders. But I think it would be the same.
My Deluxe edition arrived at my post office in Norway today. I ordered it March 12 and it shipped June 29.
Unfortunately I was a bit more disappointed with the contents than I was hoping I'd be, even after reading the negative reviews in this thread. The treasure chest itself doesn't look anywhere near as awesome as the Harry Potter chest I've got sitting on my shelf. It could have looked a lot better with a plastic lock of some sort instead of the printed on key hole, and the color is just too bright to look like a treasure chest. Looks more like a jewelery box to me.
The contents are ok, even if they aren't much compared to the S&M case files, with the exception of the tarot card, which rocks. I don't mind the cut outs on the slip case either, since the DVD will be lying back down in the chest anyway. My biggest disappointment was, like with many of you, the map. Apart from the awful white border, there was something about the choice of colors here as well that felt a bit off. My wife asked me if it's a table cloth, and I've gotta say it looks more like that than a map. That or a tacky handkerchief.
Oh, well. I loved the game though, so it's no big deal. The next S&M case file will probably be legendary, since Telltale will feel a need to prove that this was a one time slip-up.
I'm glad to hear that people are liking the Tarot Cards. I'm a Tarot Card junkie, even though I don't really "read them" (I just love the art, usually), and Monkey Island Tarot cards are just awesomesauce. I remember playing the game and seeing those cards, and feeling like "I MUST have those!"
I'll be giddier than a school girl when they arrive... supposedly tomorrow, according to FedEx.
I'm pretty sure putting logos on the items wasn't Telltale's idea and most likely was a requirement from LucasArts. Now the border on the map may have been Telltale's doing, and if so, meh.
Does the color on anyone else's treasure chest box seem to come off easily?

I think the cutouts on the slipcover were TTG's idea though. They seem a bit Frube(yoghurt tubes) carton for my tastes. I still haven't decided what i'll do about it (Print of my own Slipcover, or stick some card over it).
Mine Apprently came today, but they couldnt post it, because I had to pay custom charge of £13.27 , so now that ive paid it, ive got to wait a couple of days until they post it again

Now it just has to cross an ocean and a continent.

It still tells me "the package is ready to be picked up" even when I already received it.
EDIT: Past experience, I haven't received ToMI yet (I think. Shipping adress is different then where I live).
I'm out a lot in the day and I really don't want to miss the arrival.

I have a new hobby, collect everything to do with Monkey Island.
looking forward to getting my package soon.
Recieved, announced, enjoyed, further up the thread.
Order Placed March 12 - shipped on June 29.
Same day as me! (shipping & order that is.) I haven't had any post yet today, unfortunately.

Mine showed the same thing since shipping, and still hasn't updated after i got mine.

The map also smells funky.... its probably an authentic Winslow smell... how wonderfully horrible.

Heres hoping it'll arrive tomorrow!
Finally, after five weeks "at the warehouse", my order has shipped. Hope yours will soon, too!
According to the invoice, it's value is $1.
$1 goes a long way
I just checked my email and saw the shipping confirmation too. I already sent an email to support, but it seems that it was unnecessary after all .
