i'm a nintendo fanboy, but this is one of the things that irks me the most about their business practices. wiiware has the potential to be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but they keep fans and even developers out of the loop when it comes to release dates. i doubt telltale will even know when until it's actually released. hopefully that happens today, but i wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.
I think the real question is how long does telltale keep putting up with being jerked around by nintendo and says "screw you! we're putting out the PC release!"
Where's my strong bad-related awesomeness conveniently placed in a downloadable form on my desktop or motion-based console?

I think Nintendo will release it on 31st of July in a special, unannounced before-hand, non-Monday release just to let the "OMG!!!!! DELAYED TILL AUGUST!!!!" panic set in.
I'm sorry, I just don't see the concept of releasing the WiiWare and the PC simultaniously. I mean they didn't do that to Sam and Max so why start now?

because they weren't developing for wii yet at the time. plus, i think i remember them saying that SBCG4AP is a lot smaller in terms of file size, and that's why sam and max isn't as suited for wii ware.
who knows, though, maybe season 3 could get the wiiware treatment.

Ah. Whining and speculative accusations of misplaced rage. Up to now, i've seen a lot of posts expressing either or the other, but not one that summed both up with such over-reactive, accusational frevor.
...maybe people should calm down instead of lobbing such heavy statements around like tiny 1 pound bowling balls. Because as it is, there's a lot more gutters than strikes, so far.

Random idea: Videlectrix needs to release their StinkoMan game for WiiWare with the final levels unlocked. I'm tired of the same nine levels and never knowing how the story ends...
