Well well...BTTF and Marvel vs Capcom 3 the same day? Craziness.
this reminds me of an episode of south park where cartman was waiting for the nintendo wii to be released;
he freezes himself so that it will be out when he wakes up and ends up waking up in the distant future where they dont play video games anymore. He ends up finding a way back to the present (I cant remember how, he either calls someone from the past to save him or he travels back in time) only ends up 3 months prior to when he was frozen and has to wait another 3 months!

But this price will be for ALL the episodes or just the first?
going to die of boredom waiting for the next episode, theirs nothing else to do. all i do now is turn my computer on and sit here on this site waiting for it to be released
Its fair to state that we should expect to be able to DL episode 2 within at least two weeks.
I wouldn't count on it. Although I'd love to be wrong, I expect episode 2 to launch after the PS3 version. So I'd say somewhere between 15 and 28 february.
Thats laughable when compared to the power of BTTF in 1080p on high on PC.
Although I'm not an Apple person, I have to say that the BTTF would make a pretty good iPad game -- it's mostly a clicking/tapping video game, and would port excellently to iPad. I'm kind of waiting for iPad2, though.
For a great demo of what the 3D hardware in an iPad is capable of, download and install "Citadel" demo. It's a pretty graphically fancy demo that looks as good as some Xbox videogames. (Not all, but for most people, it's good enough). At 132 pixels per inch, the iPad is 'sharper'-per-inch at normal viewing distances than 1080p on a typical 24" computer monitor, so 1024x768 has a "HD-look" to the human eye even if it is not true HD by pixel definition.
That said, I need to buy a new laptop (higher priority) before I buy an iPad (for recipies, books, magazines, the time killing game, etc). I do have an iPod, and I like it much more than my Nintendo DS (especially since I love old fashioned adventure games, such as Broken Sword, or Leisure Larry knockoffs etc, on the iPod, and BTTF is sorta like those old fashioned games in a way) For the old adventures, the iPod/iPad is superior to PSP and DS in this respect, due to the need for 'clickability', etc...
(P.S. To telltale games: Please release for the iPod too! (Probably takes only a few days extra work). I may not get my iPad on time for Episode 5. Maybe download Revolution Gaming's adventure game "Broken Sword" (4 stars) and "Broken Sword 2" (4.5 stars) from itunes to see how they were able to port PC desktop click adventures onto the small screen. The objects on the screen are often smaller than the ones in BTTF. And it still worked with high star ratings. You can also improve on that, too.)
ok I thought for sure the release date for episode 2 would come this weekend.. How about some updates, Telltale? Screenshots, or something. I'm coming to this site every day now....could you throw me a bone here?
Are they releasing a trailer or is the preview that we see at the end of part I considered the trailer? The game trailer itself only contains episodes from episode I

I do seem to remember reading something about a trailer for episode 2 posted by Alan.

Is this confirmed?
If this has been posted already sorry for spamming the board. Could see any threads regarding the exact date

(and this info is also obviously written by a six year old. Oh joy.)
Not likely. They would have announced it at the same time as the announcement for Episode 1 on PS3.
People new to Telltale always feel like that. Don't worry, it will cease after two seasons or ten episodes.
The only thing important right now is: It won't be March before you have your second episode.
