I choose Lilly. She didn't have as much screen time as Kenny, and after she kills Carley/Doug, she leaves, and we're not able to see her thoughts and feelings which is why most players are like "LILLY YOU B****, YOU KILLED CARLEY!!!!" Because of her limited time on-screen, we don't get to see the depths of her emotions/feelings, like how we see Kenny in the entire game.
Lilly kept the motor inn going for months with her leadership, while Kenny sat on his ass for most of Episode 2, whining about leaving, starting fights, and ONLY mentioning his family (that can include Lee and Clem) when it came to leaving on the RV. Lilly told my Lee multiple times that she was looking out for the entire group and Kenny failed to see that, and I agreed with her.
This doesn't make Kenny any worse necessarily.
After Kenny loses Kat and Duck, we see that he truly is a good person who regrets all that happened in the past when at the end of Ep. 3, he agrees with Lee that he wishes he was back at the motor inn. He can euthanize Ben in Ep. 5, despite his role in Kat and Duck's death, which I admired.
Still, I would choose Lilly, if only because I feel she's unfairly judged.
I didn't think about that as much, but thats great evidence that she was just trying to help. I know my name is Kenny_Saltlick, but I honestly liked Lilly, because she's more ballsy and stuff.
I don't think Kenny was so extreme to even hint that Lilly should die. However I trusted Lilly, she ran the group for months and if it wasn'… moret for Larry's death, she would have protected it.
Remember, she did save Lee and everybody in the group's lives during a hostage situation in 'Long Road Ahead'.
Kenny´s side in episode 1
Kenny´s side at the beggining of episode 2 and Lily´s side all the rest of the episode
Lily´s side in episode 3 until she kills Carley
Originally TWDG Lilly was going to be the same Lilly Cau from TWD Comics, but the comic writters decided to change the comic's Lilly backstory basically turning them in different characters.
Kenny. He risked his life on runs for the group, risked his life to save Ben/Christa, he always looked out for Clementine and Lee, and he pu… moret his family before anything else, which means that this guy is the real deal.. In episode one, I chose to stick up for his son who wasn't bitten who Lilly and Larry wanted to throw out. In episode two, he decided to smash Larry to save Clementine, Lee, Lilly, and himself. Larry could have been dead, and who really wants to endanger a little girl by keeping a large walker alive when no one had any weapons? Kenny (and my Lee) definitely made the right cal in this situation. In episode three, Lilly was on a witch hunt and started to almost blame me for stealing medicine if I couldn't find any clues, which irritated me. After this, we were in the RV and she shot Carley in the face without even consulting anyone else, which angered me because Carley was one of my favorite characters in the series. Kenny reco… [view original content]
It depends if you weren't on Kenny's side or just plain neutral. He wouldn't help you with Clementine but he is a good man deep down inside. What is mind-boggling is that Kenny is still sane right after putting Duck out of his misery (or Lee).
I've got to say Kenny. Kenny didn't only care for his family, he cared about his friends, he cared about Lee and Clem. He saved, Lee. When C… morelem went missing he without a doubt came with me. He got the supplies for Lilly. He put up with her bullshit.Of course he cared about his family, that is what you do. I would do everything to protect my loved ones and i am not in a ZA. Honestly if i were there everytime someone iz ZA dies i would thank God it isn't someone i love.
If i were Lilly or in her possion i never would've murdered anyone cold blooded just because i think someone stole something. She shot Carley because she was "unthrustworthy" .Carley and Doug were with her from the begginig, she was the least trustworthy whilist she met Kenny Lee and Clem some other time.
And the van thing nope. To just leave everyone behind, people who have so far protected me. I don't know i didn't expect her to do something like that and it was kind of out of character for me.
I wouldn't really pick a side honestly. Lilly is more rational and gets things together. Kenny can be loyal and work on getting supplies with Lee. It's just that Lilly would go psycho in the end and Kenny killed Larry without a second thought. He wouldn't pull that shit on his son when ironically, in the end, his son dies the next episode. Right now, he should be a lot more rational and try to work with people instead of arguing. In the end, both are alright characters and I can't really blame either of them for their behavior. I won't forgive Kenny for not wanting to help Lee (If Lee was neutral especially) and Lilly for killing Carley and trying to weed out the traitor. I mean come on, she already can tell it was Ben and didn't shoot him right there!
Under tough times Kenny did bad things. But stuck around and was savable, or salvageable, whatever you call it he does good later.
Under tough times Lilly did worse things and fled.
This is no competition, whatever stuff they do on a usual basis doesn't matter in comparison to how they react when the going gets tough. And when the going gets tough kenny is shitty, and even shittier if you don't take his side. But eventually he comes back good. Lilly however is yet even shittier than that regardless of whether you are on her side or not.

Kenny. There is no way I side with Lilly because she shot Carley for nothing, in front of Clem. Also KENNY DID CARE WHO DIED. Why did he want to leave Lilly? He was shocked when she killed Carley/Doug. Kenny didn't let Ben to suffer if he was saved. He beat Arvo because he is the reason Luke is dead.

The thing between these two, though, is that you tend to like one or the other based off of who you initially decide to start supporting. Kenny can be a huge douche if you don't blindly follow his every move. Lilly can also be a huge douche if you don't follow her lead. My first playthrough, I liked Kenny because I was on his side most of the time. After that, I tried supporting Lilly and at that point I liked her more than Kenny. And season 2 Kenny is just terribad altogether.
Arvo is a pain in the ass. Hurt a child? I've never seen Kenny beating a child. He didn't want to kill Larry because he hated him, he killed him because he would become a walker to kill all the others, he wanted to keep them safe. HE WANTED CLEM TO STAY SAFE.
I definitely like Kenny over Lilly. She wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't willingly blind to how much of an asshole her father was. That douche who wanted to throw a child to the walkers because he MIGHT have been bitten, and punches US in the face and left us for dead. Gah, like 3/4 of my dislike for Lilly comes from disliking Larry. God, I was more than happy to help Kenny finish him off.
But still, I do feel bad for Lilly and how on-edge she was after the event. Though, I think it's bizarre she apparently never asked for help with the leadership, she could have asked Lee for help the whole time, instead of just one day where she makes Lee decide who gets to eat. A lot of her stress is self-inflicted, and she became paranoid and edgy because of it. She could have been written in a better way.
Not that Kenny isn't without flaws. I sided with him most of the time because I did genuinely agree with a lot of his plans, the only times I disagreed were with his treatment of Ben. I stood up for the kid, and Kenny did seem to get annoyed with me because of that. But the man is oyal when and where it counts, that is good enough for me.
I killed Kenny. Yes, I'm a bastard, but what he said right before he died made everything right. He was wise enough to know that he would hurt the group (any group) in the long run.
Arvo is a pain in the ass. Hurt a child? I've never seen Kenny beating a child. He didn't want to kill Larry because he hated him, he killed… more him because he would become a walker to kill all the others, he wanted to keep them safe. HE WANTED CLEM TO STAY SAFE.
Do you know what Clem felt when she was blamed for Sarita's situation? She was HURT.
And don't give me that "he wanted clem to be safe" bullshit because throughout Season 2, Clem wasn't safe at all.
Honestly, I feel that Kenny and Lily are two sides of the same coin. They've both done extremely questionable things, are very devoted to their families, and will either be loyal or bitchy to you depending on whether you side with them on certain decisions. It just depends on who you're able to sympathize with more.
So for me, it's Kenny, no question. Everything about Lily got on my nerves. I was pissed about her shooting Carley in cold blood, but I still let her back in the RV. When she took off with it, though, that's when I made up my mind that I straight-up didn't like her. Yes, Kenny will leave you for dead if you don't help him with Larry, but he can at least determinately have your back from then on if you do help him and not leave you stranded like Lily does.
I actually liked and agreed with both of them on various different things, but I can't really choose one over the other personally. But if we're talking about which one we sided more with overall, then it'd be Kenny for me (although I did still agree with quite a few of Lilly's ideas)
The reason I always tried to stay neutral when the two were arguing is because I felt they both had a lot of legit points and ideas, and they could have made things work out pretty well if they could just work together. But I guess that's what happens when you put two headstrong people next to each other and expect them to play nice.
It's hard to play favorites when both characters are some of my all-time favorites
There's a lot more to it than just murdering someone of trustworthiness. Lilly was trying to lead a group of people through a ZA, and Kenny didn't help at all. Yes, he was out to protect his family and sometimes Clem, but as soon as you save Larry (determinate) he immediately turns against Lee and the rest of the group. After his family died, he didn't care about anyone anymore, and it is determinant whether he'll come with you to save a kidnapped little girl. Kenny killed her father on impulse in an obviously intense and dangerous situation and Lilly in reminiscent of Arvo in the fact that she didn't know if her father was dead or not.
Lilly was fast on the road to instability and irrationality. She stepped up to lead when no one else really did, and it turned into a huge power struggle with Kenny. She was desperate and trusted no one, and the entire group had lost all their resources, shelter, and had no plan. It also didn't help that Carley only provoked her further which was essentially playing with wildfire. Lilly was obviously unstable and irrational and Carley didn't help by only making her angrier. Lilly had a gun and wasn't going to stop until they figured out who had caused them to lose so much so quickly.
With Doug, Ben was the one she was targeting. Ben was the most likely candidate because he was the weakest link in the group at that point in time. He was young and didn't have the best judgement. Lilly automatically thought it was him because he was the new guy and had most likely caused problems already. And she was right! I think if Ben had owned up to it and somebody really stepped in to stop Lilly's rampage (looking at you Lee) then the extent of the damage she caused might have been prevented.
Taking the van wasn't all that out of character to me. After the shooting, Lilly was done. Officially broken. Lilly probably cared for Lee and Clem more than the others (Lilly protected Clem @ St. John's farm, and gave Clem some hair ties.) which is why she probably gave Lee a chacnce to leave with her. I do think Lilly leaving with the van was wrong, and I don't excuse it. However, just try and see her point of view. She doesn't know what the group is going to do with her, whether she'll die or be left behind. With no one really left that she really really loves, she has to start thinking about herself. Trying to lead and help a group of people lead her nowhere, so she became the lone wolf.
I've got to say Kenny. Kenny didn't only care for his family, he cared about his friends, he cared about Lee and Clem. He saved, Lee. When C… morelem went missing he without a doubt came with me. He's talking about a determinant scene at the power plant if you don't convince Kenny to rejoin the group at the fire. Also I disagree about Arvo deserving pain, but I'm biased since he's one of my favorite characters.

If you don't convince Kenny when Arvo yells at Mike to leave him alone, instead of him getting silent and apologizing in Russian and grieving for his sister, Kenny pistol whips Arvo multiple times until he renders him unconscious, the group then gets pissed at Kenny.

I dunno I like them both my opinion
Kenny for S1, Jane for S2.

Honestly, Carley was being suspicious as fuck, when she got shot.
Oh right, silly me.
I know, I know.
I just wanted to see how peoples boat flows.
I know, she killed Carley in cold-blood.
BUT!
think about it, in Season 2, Kenny beats up Arvo, for no reason, gets Walter and Alvin killed, and more. the Season One Kenny is much better.
It depends if you weren't on Kenny's side or just plain neutral. He wouldn't help you with Clementine but he is a good man deep down inside. What is mind-boggling is that Kenny is still sane right after putting Duck out of his misery (or Lee).

Tell me once that Lily fled for a tough situation

Oh yeah, side with the bitch who killed an innocent person in front of a child
Doug saved the person who got another child killed by getting himself dying and I would probably shoot Carley myself if i was in Lilys possition.
I'm gonna say Lilly, unlike Kenny, she saved my life multiple times and didn't leave me to die.
I had a tough relationship with Kenny in S1.
Nevertheless, I got the Kenny ending in S2. Feels good, man.

lol why is this even a question.
Lilly ofc.
Oh yeah, side with a psycho who beats a teenager, verbally hurt a child, kills an old man(via saltlick), and is somewhat narcissistic.

That´s determinant. My Lily didn´t
He also beat the shit out of Arvo when Arvo screamed "LEAVE ME ALONE!" That's just unnecessary right there.
If you kill Larry she wouldn't save Lee from Andy via electric fence.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, what the hell are you talking about? He said "Fuck you", I don't remember him saying "Leave me alone". Arvo deserves pain.
Multiple times? That's bullsh*t, she can save Lee only you helped her with her father. Kenny saved Lee regardless
He's talking about a determinant scene at the power plant if you don't convince Kenny to rejoin the group at the fire. Also I disagree about Arvo deserving pain, but I'm biased since he's one of my favorite characters.
He said that to Mike, wth?
If you don't convince Kenny when Arvo yells at Mike to leave him alone, instead of him getting silent and apologizing in Russian and grieving for his sister, Kenny pistol whips Arvo multiple times until he renders him unconscious, the group then gets pissed at Kenny.
Well, that did not happen in my walkthrough, if it did, I would have thanked Kenny. I laughed at Arvo getting beaten, he deserved.
I personally don't think Arvo deserved that.
