Shado is not actually a League of Assassins member.
She's a Japanese assassin from Green Arrow who works for the Yakuza (Mori?) or the Ou… moretsiders group (in the New 52 comics).
That's not to say Telltale couldn't re-work her into being one of the League.
Out of everything going on, I'm most looking forward to telling Tiffany that I'm Batman. I want to have her over to Wayne Manor, sit down over drinks, talk a bit about her father, and then take her down to the Batcave. I can't wait to see what gadgets and suits she can make, and if she will become Batgirl.
I also hope there is a payoff for being honest with her 100% of the way, and that she doesn't get to the same point no matter what.

Still, we have no idea if the Agency can be trusted. It's clear they have an agenda of their own but what is their endgame ?
After you get beaten up so badly by Bane toward the beginning of the episode, if you call Waller instead of Gordon, she gives you the cou te… moreragent and you can later slip it into Bane's juice.
I called Gordon, so I wasn't offered this option either. But I don't regret calling Gordon.

And in the end when she steals your device and you get to talk with her, choose one of these options "We make a pretty good team" or "I saved you" , but DON'T TELL HER "I LOVE YOU" . That's exactly what I did in my first playthrough and she departed on bad terms and didn't get the goodbye kiss.
But still if you try to repair this, you will need to play ep 1 and 2 of season 2 again. Sometimes I wish the choice undo feature was not removed.

The elevator scene with Joker and Harley is noticeably different if you either anger Harley or stay on her good side.
I also enjoy the fa… morect that our choices are acknowledged by the characters. The fact that we can develop relations with characters makes me care for them. The relationship system helps me keep track on what the characters think and the status of our relation.

You mean, we can actually prevent one character from dying ? Maybe, but it would require some massive amount of additional work from Telltale, essentially akin to create two separate paths.
I'm not sure this is realistic to ask them to push players' choices that far.
Ultimately, this is their story, I would be sad to see a character like Gordon dying but if it grants the story even more gravitas I won't complain.
This season is going to fuck us all up one way or another.

Being honest or not should definitely affect your relationship with Tiffany. It will be disappointing if it doesn't.
