Some existing TF2 Heavy quotes could be used directly. Such as (including filenames if you have TF2 and GCFScape, these are in Team Fortress 2 Content.gcf under tf\sounds\vo):
Well even if it is a cardgame I'm still looking forward to see how the characters interact with each other.
Heavy: How does strange man play game with boxing gloves on?
Strong Bad: Well how do you do ANYTHING with such fat hands?
Heavy: You I do not like.
Further excerpts from Telltale Texas Hold 'Em: Celebrity Edition
Tycho: So, what exactly ARE you?
Max: I'm a lagomorph, one half of the Freelance Police.
Tycho: You're a cop? Where the hell do you keep your gun?
Max: That's none of your damn business.
Strong Bad: So, are we playing cards or just debating with each other?
Heavy: Little wrestleman reminds me of SPY!
Strong Bad: You remind me of my monosyllabic big brother. Only with a big gun, And half a brain.
Wasn't trying to suggest that they were new, or even particularly relevant. I just started browsing the archives from the point that Jake linked to, and found a couple of strips that happened to be about poker. I probably should have posted some words along with the pictures, since that might have seemed misleading to some.
I'm hoping that it is an action or card game, as it sounds preferable to the alternatives:
If it's an adventure game, it will most likely be as unbearable as every other crossover I have ever seen with clashing characters (and not in a good way) and a tacked on explanation for why they're in the same story. Personally, I'm skeptical as to whether one of the "new" characters would work in an adventure storyline at all and I find the other to be about as uninteresting as a character can get.
If it's a joke/trick/lie (if the silhouettes are intentionally misleading) telltale will have lost my respect. Which would be a shame, considering they're going to reveal this after I've finished sam and max.
Sorry for the immense pessimism radiating from this post. I'm hoping my concerns are unfounded.
If celebrities are involved, it's classy. If it's classy, it's probably bridge. Not poker. Imagine Max and Strongbad playing bridge and sipping their milky 5pm teas.
True. Time to make some new giant posters. I'm going to just blow StrongBrush1's drawing up real big and write "rock paper baccarat" in Comic Sans over it. Sorry, comic sans underline.

Wow. A Homestar Runner and Sam & Max crossover is one of the things I've wanted to see for some time. I've never played Team Fortress 2, although from what I've heard it's the kind of thing that I'd lie, but I've read through Penny Arcade, and I liked that too.
I agree with everyone else that it's probably a card game. I can't see Strong Bad or especially Max playing it right, though.

Oh my god did I just unleash unspeakable evil?
For those of you who need visual aids, here is a picture of the four playing a poker game.
That's great! To be honest, I had issues about not being able to imagine it.
Nitpicking aside, thank you!

Then some other logos to accompany the Telltale Games logo
Shot of a dark room with an empty table, a light shining on the table. Then Strong Bad takes a seat, followed by Max and Tycho.
STRONG BAD: Let's do this.
Fade to black
TELLTALE GAMES PRESENTS
Shot of heavy furiously putting a rock on the table.
HEAVY: HA! YOU LOSE!
ROCK, PAPER, BACCARAT
Hahaha why isn't this what we're announcing??!
Because you have standards?
A PC GAME!
No crap, Einstein. I'm Captain obvious around here, remember?
I still hope it's not poker, though the chances of it being poker are pretty high.
There's still time!

Will it have Photoshop lens flare too?
Probably Poker, but maybe something else!
Max *always* wins though ...
... Yes.
Like anything could be any good without a lens flare!

And sadly enough, it still seems to be true these days .
